I ordered the new heat pump on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Tuesday. The unit was well packaged and arrived without damage. The unit was installed per the manufacturers instructions and is operating as expected. Very pleased with its performance.
It was great to talk to someone to get the order together and the delivery was amazing. The driver was kind, helpful and made sure I had what I ordered. Just top notch.
Order that shows as "in stock-resdy to ship" never shipped, customer service lie, manager of customer service lie, you always hear it will be shipped tomorrow or some time soon. Save your nerves, shop somewhere else.

Delivery was made before projected due date and without any damages. I was not aware that the parts ordered came from two different places and was confused at first when the first delivery came but the second came the next day, again before the time I was given. It has now been installed and I am enjoying the comfort of A/C for the first time in my life.
Ordered unit and waited a week before finding out the equipment I ordered was out of stock. Was told the equipment wasn't available for another two weeks. Finally received my product with no delivery schedule. Needless to say I'm unhappy with the customer service HVAC direct provided. I had to discount my customer $500 for the delay and hvac direct gave me a $100 credit.
We needed an upflow unit for the indoor and the salesperson found us a run true made by trane as a better option at a lower cost than the Goodman we originally ordered. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
The people who packed or crated the first shipment damaged the coil and Furnace. HVAC replaced immediately. Great service
This is the second time I've ordered from HVAC Direct and both times have been great. I've always received everything in good order and much quicker then the website says it will be shipped. Great company to deal with.
Received the unit and had it installed works good. Glad I ordered it before the heat wave that's been going on affected the pricing of units as I see they have been going up recently
I feel that I received a lot of run around before being told the item I bought was not in stock. I had to wait over two weeks to find this out. Almost another two weeks to receive my item.
Shipping was great. But when it came time to get it installed I ran into a lot of NO we don't install what we don't sell. I just happened to click on an Angi list for installers and lucked out with a local installer that although reluctant needed the work. It may be different in other locations but for me I was sweating bullets for a while. My advice would be to find an HVAC installer BEFORE you order!
I received my system and installed it and had a leak, I had to have an HVAC company service the system at a cost of several hundred dollars. I reported this to your customer service and they reimbursed my credit card for the full bill of the service call. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you
Furnace to coil transition does not match together because of the flue pipe spout is 1 inch off. I still have to drill a new flue hole in the new furnace and route the pipe to clear the A/C coil transition. The condenser was missing the connection point for thermostat wires and had to be ordered from Amazon. Goodman quality was not as great as I had researched. Just having the flue pipes on the furnace completely interfere with coil yet they are both sized correctly and both are the same brand name Goodman really made me sad how this was designed and it don't fit. Overall I will get it to work but I won't consider Goodman brand name anymore here on out.
Furnace arrived fine. I was charged for a lift gate but the truck didn't have one. Cost me an extra $30.00 dollars and we lifted it off by hand.
Working with customer support for a replacement. I've had a HVAC tech out 3 times trying to get it fixed. Was informed labor wasn't covered. Should find out today in the replacement unit and will go to bat to get my service fees reimbursed as the unit has never blown cold air.
The company offers 110% price matching then I kept getting the run around on getting the purchase price correct. Once we settled that we moved to the mounting brackets that were supposed to fit the 2 units I ordered. The cheaply made boxes were destroyed during shipping and the hardware was missing. They promptly sent another set inside a second stronger box which made a huge difference! The mounting holes in these brackets don't line up with either of the units so I had to drill new ones for the rear bolts. I am still working on the extended warranty Bailey and Denise are doing their best to help me with that issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
I had a positive experience. But when delivering, they just left the Condenser by my garage on the back of my house, there was not a call or they did not ring the bell or anything, so they just dropped it there. Someone could have stolen it. Would be great to receive a text or email before delivering because I am a small company operating from my house.
