Easy order process, super fast shipping but no email notification or call as directed to inform me of delivery. Customer service folks were, however super nice and helpful! I would order from again but make sure to insist that I am notified of delivery date! Nothing like 3k of stuff sitting in front of your house for a day without your knowledge...
HVACDirect was great with confirmation of order and shipping information. Our unit arrived undamaged and installing went smoothly and successfully a few days later. Love the Mitsubishi unit and had a little help with building the line set and getting everything charged and pressure checked properly.
