I cancelled my service, yet i still get charged and nobody answers the phone there. I will do what i have to do to get my money back it was wrong of them to take very pissed off!
Their design is literally garbage. You can't find anything, on Roku it's an instant migraine and no thumbnails of cataloguing of the show to browse though. It's just HUGE text and one huge picture, and takes 5 additional steps to get from point A to B, whereas it took two before. I tried loading it twice, realised they WERE NOT saying "oops, we messed up" thus repealing it, so I immediately cancelled and am pissed because I loved the programming. They self-destructed their own innovative platform of creativity and entertainment by making the process of accessing said entertainment ludicrous. You're doing a disservice to your once-customers and to the industry, actors, and brilliant writers who want higher viewership rather than a decline based on such an unnecessary repellant.

It sucked to do it, but I've already canceled my Hulu+ subscription. The UI was that bad. Never seen anything this poorly designed. Ever. The worst. Just read the reviews. I use to watch hulu nearly every day and had several show and movies on there. But then hulu changed there user interface and it removed my entire list of shows and movies I had on there and even deleted most of them off of hulu completely so I can't even make a new list. The new interface is hard to use and frustrating to use. I have just cancelled my subscription and will not be signing up again unless they change it back or make it close to what it was before. I would not recommend hulu to anyone anymore.
I thought it was just me this past week but after reading the hundreds of Bad reviews and complaints, Hulu hasn't made any changes so, I will have to cancel.
It does seem that HULU specifically set out to make the most annoying changes possible for SUBSCRIBERS... you know, the people that make HULU possible. I am beyond outraged at the inept designs that seem clunky & amateurish at best and at worst, their flashing colors could induce fits. If this continues, I will absolutely drop my subscription; if anyone thinks I'll pay for THIS, they are out of their minds.

Hulu on Roku is totally unusable since this update. You trashed my watchlist, made it impossible to find anything and will not inform me of new episodes. Also, the whole color changing theme is just sooo annoying. I thought the Netflix scrolling music change was bad but this blows that out of the water.

The new format doesn't work in the Roku stick anymore. I hate the new format. We still get the original format on our Sony entertainment system. I love Hulu, but wish it worked on Roku so we don't have to switch systems.

This hulu update looks like a downgrade for sure. It's not intuitive, and it takes multiple steps to look at the simplest of things.
Amazon and Netflix are Hulu's main competitors and it's obvious why they would never go in this direction. EVER. This interface is ugly and cumbersome, and completely different than how Hulu used to look; were customer's complaining before and asked for tacky all caps titles and bizarre "lineup" features? This feels like somebody trying to fix something that's not broken with a cheap looking interface. Very disappointing, who ever approved this update should be fired.

The new interface is terrible it's convoluted and harder to navigate used to be able to open up right to what I used to be watching now I got a search and Hunt through crap that I don't even want that they put on their thinking that I want to watch it which I don't I don't want to watch The Mindy Project but that's always the first thing that pops up whenever I log on I want to go back to what I was watching yesterday or the day before

Answer: Happened to me. Stay away from hulu. My systems is high speed and works great with YouTube 4k and Netflix 4K HDR. Hulu obviously is bandwidth limited which might work for customers who watch old movies but their technology is not good for 1080P and modern technology.
