Everytime something decent hits their website it's sold out before pay day. I mean how small is their inventory... like 6 of every item? Then items that are in stock cost hundreds more than Walmart or Amazon. Useless website taking up space on the Internet. I predict they will demise like Radio Shack.
As with so many others they cancel your order with no explanation. I'm not sure if they're just trying to harvest people's credit card and contact information, but what other purpose would anyone have for running a website that doesn't actually sell anything?
I read some bad reviews about their customer reviews, but I didn't call in an order. I ordered online and had no issues. Shipping was a bit slower than I thought it would be. But they allow payment installments, which is really nice.
My husband and I love HSN but sometimes we can find better deals online. It's convenient though and we like how they talk about the products and explain them really well. That's worth something. If the prices were a little better, we'd have given them five stars. We do recommend shopping on HSN though. We've never had a bad experience.
HSN has more junk than anything else. Every now and then they have some cool stuff and some good deals, but its not very often. I try not to watch it too often, but sometimes I'm drawn to it like a moth to a flame. I've ordered things from them before and it all arrived on time and in good shape. I can't complain about that.
I've been shopping with HSN for years personally, i think overall there doing a great job, especially since Cov-19 started. Customer Service has always straightened out any issues I've ever had through the years. There rating should be alot higher.
Models showing shoes twist and turn with heel up in the air which kills the overall look of the shoe. You are not going to walk like that or stand in line at a store with your heel up in the air. Why does your people who show linens rub rub rub the products? Buyers can't feel the items so seeing it done is stupid and kind of turns me off even to the point of changing channels. Why do you consuntrate so hard on colors, which is unimportant, rather than quality of a product? For instance, laptop sales. You will tell the colors over and over but never mention brand of SSD or hard drive, I bout a higher end laptop that had hard drive failure three months in and when checked there was a $49 dollar Samsung HD but manufacture ask $149.95 for a replacement. So I was stuck with a $900 useless laptop.
I watch HSN quite often. A lot of the products are helpful, convenient, sometimes gimmicky and most just junk. I ordered from them several times and haven't had any big issues with the service or products. My last order was the Bell + Howell Ultrasonic Pest Repeller. I was stupidly led to think this product would work because of the demonstration. Well, it doesn't work. Not for any sort of pest. Not even the ones mentioned on the show. The ticking light and sound is also not as "quiet" as they made it sound. It's actually really annoying at night.
Regardless, I didn't bother returning the item after having it for so long. It also took over a month for the item to even ship out from whatever warehouse was in. This was just my last experience that wasn't well, but I haven't had any other issues.
Next holiday season don't believe that HSN"S Black Friday sales wont be around after the New Year. February and after you can buy those same items for hundreds of dollars less than Black Friday. You will not be able to return items for the difference.
My order was not filled and that was after I called back to get assurance it was. Later I called to see why order was not coming and told order wasn't complete now it can't be filled and I am out of luck ugh

Their customer service is a waste of time and any issue you bring up, they will probably respond with "I am unable to help." I wasted time calling UPS who couldn't help me because HSN messed up my order. Live chat is a joke. Multiple agents don't speak english and can't answer simple questions.
I enjoy this site, and its corresponding shop-at-home tv channel. I like the conversation tone of it while I'm cleaning house or to watch an upcoming program I especially like when I decide I deserve a special treat. I consider its price in between, higher than QVC.com but lower than Shopnbc.com. I've ordered several things and never had a problem with them. They cheerfully accept returns and also occasionally send me a $10 or $20 off coupon or some other customer appreciation bonus. Very nice.
I am/was a new customer ordering 2 sport t-shirts last weekend. There is no tracking info as if the order has never been filled & they ignored an email I sent them requesting an update. I will stick with QVC.
Ordered a Liz Lange dress and it arrived a hot mess! Crooked puckered seams, uneven hem, really cheap looking. I returned immediately. HSN refused to refund my $8 shipping cost even though they sent a defective product! Why should I be penalized for an inferior defective item? I called on two different occasions to discuss with them and they stood firm. That is truly poor customer service if you ask me, and they have now lost a customer over a mere eight dollars! By principle, I will not be ordering from them again. There are many other competing companies out there with free shipping and good customer service.
Don't use their credit card. You are on hold, can't get them directly, they can't add debit cards online and their statements don't have a simple beginning, payments, ending balance. Definitely not worth dealing with HSN to go thru that!
Do not order from these people unless you have money to waste. I placed an order that was immediately cancelled by then but still took the initial payment, which put a pending authorization on my card. Here I am 6 almost 7 days later waiting for my money. Ridiculous, they want to blame your bank but definitely has nothing to do with my bank bc I've called them. Liars and thieves
I work in sales/ order taking and I can tell you that all HSN cares about is money. They will not honor price changes and their per item s&h cost is absolutely ridiculous.
They are also predatory. Elderly adults with thousands ( yes, thousands) in flex pays are encouraged to order more. And provided with a "very special offer" to apply for the HSN credit card.
Also, customers complain about being on hold for long periods of time. The reason - employees quit because they are miserable and they don't hire enough therefore overworking the rest of us. That and their archaic systems cannot handle the amount of orders so they are very slow.
Don't buy from them. The worst company I've ever worked for.
HSN wont let me place any more orders, due to too many returns. Even though my purchases way exceed my return average. All my returns were either item defects, or poor quality. As many of you are aware that shipping is not free.
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
