I purchased an item six days ago. I received the item but was never provided with an order #, a receipt or other proof of purchase, credit card receipt, etc. I have contacted them over and over but since their rep neglected to get my contact phone/email, they are refusing to provide documentation to me. The item comes with a guarantee and is covered by their liberal holiday return policy but since I have no receipt, I am at their mercy if it needs to be returned.
This is HSN's error and they are refusing to correct it. I will never purchase from them again.
I have over paid for 4 items after being transfered 4 times between credit service and customer service and being lied to I am over paying $ 60 by the time all the partial payments go thru I'm done with HSN period spend hours on the phone. I was supposed to get partial refund for an item that was broken was still billed for and then overcharged for because now late because they didn't do refund correctly ordered $240 in items now paying approx $306 for said items... I'm done
I have always had a good experience with this company. If I need to return anything. They are more than willing to refund my money. The quality is also good. You can also look for coupons to lower prices :)
I returned 2 ring doorbells in December, 2022. I have a receipt that someone signed for them at HSN. My account was not credited so I contacted them and was told the doorbells went to Amazon and there was nothing they can do. I have an active dispute which my credit card is handling. Never again will I order from them.
I am advancing people not to oder from HSN because if you live in an apartment or someone that has lived at that address before you had a debt they will not let you order. I don't think this should be so it is a separate account people with a different name, card, email, and most of a different social security number. You can tell that this is a different person not the person with the debt. And it gets better they will not hold the product in till the issue is taken care of. Thank you for not letting me order because of someone I don't even know, I really appreciate it. This is a company policy that should be changed or you are going to keep losing business.
I ordered an outdoor camera for $69 but was not happy with the lack of ease trying to set it up I followed instructions for returning but UPS charged me $15.34 to ship it back to HSN.

I ordered a glassware set and several pieces came broken. Their website says free returns so I returned the set and asked for a refund. I got my refund and then I also got charged $9.95 of my $19.95 purchase for return shipping because the item weighed more than five pounds! If I had known I was going to pay for items I don't even have, I would have just kept the pieces of the set that weren't broken. Their website is a lie!
I purchased and item that came in 3 different colors. I order one in each color. When I received the email with my purchase and bank account total it was in one lump sum. When I called my bank for a totally honest question they told me that each item was charged individually. This is totally wrong on the part of HSN! We as the customer should be notified of this! Do they NOT realize that we are the ones paying their salaries!?
Recently i have place an order for kindle fire, and i'v been paying for the last three months now they send me the letter threaten me that they will put my account into collection. I called them ire and they gave me a run around for the last two days. I went ahead and paid off the entire amount. I will call a better business bureau and will not buy anything from this company again
Once received my husband put it together and noticed rust and bent bars. I purchased this product because it was small enough to fit in our RV. We travel constantly year around. When I reached out asking for some refund to get this item fixed. I have to jump through hoops in order to have this issue resolved. The customer shouldn't have to jump through hoops it should be made easy if there is proof of issue which I have. I will no longer purchase anything through this company.
HSN is dedicated to good business practices. My latest purchase was tracked to delivery - but UPS did not leave the package at my address - do not know where it went! Thought HSN was sending a replacemen; but ten days later, my follow up phone call discovers they were on investigation mode, have not acted yet. They finally did send a replacement. The Curtis Stone Dura-Diamond and stainless steel ware look excellent.
Three week transaction> Nov 18 order confirmed, Dec 6 final arrival. Merchant is not going to bend backwards when merchandise is insured; meanwhile delivery drivers make mistakes. At least I do appreciate having someone on the phone to placate my

I have been a satisfied customer for over 2 decades. Most of my purchases have been in the following categories: 1) Home products such as towels, bedding, pots and pans, 2) Clothing, 3) Watches, jewelry, and handbags, 4) Skin care and cosmetics.
I have had very few disappointments and they have been addressed professionally and quickly. In most cases I received the replacement before I even got the return shipped back to them. In the few cases where my size or color choice was not available I was offered Spendable Cash credited to my account.
My favorite features are the Flex Pay which divides your payment into several monthly installments, and the friendly and helpful customer service. Because I had a 60 hour work week with long commute, they became my shopping life line! I find their quality as good as department stores with many name brands. No complaints whatsoever.
Ok so I ordered something to give HSN one more chance after several years of staying away. They promised me my order would be here by the 23rd and that Bose paid for the delivery so it could be here before xmas. I leave tomorrow and been here ALL day. Nothing came! Called and they said it's UPS, they have something missing from my address. Did they offer a discount or anything? Nope! What am suppose to do now? HSN sucks! QVC always rocks.
The HP laptop i bought from HSN was sold as a new windows 10 computer. It was in fact and older model. HSN had simply upgraded the operating system. Also, their life time tech support is out of business leaving customer out of luck. Don't fret, Vtec was just out to sell you more stuff anyway.
I was a loyal shopper with HSN for many years. After seeing an email from a Collection Agency, I called HSN and they said that yes, they referred my account to collections. It had been 7 days since the payment was due, my card was current and correct (same card from month before - nothing changed) and they made NO attempt to contact me with any issue! The CSR kept apologizing to me and said all she could do was refer me to the collection agency! That is NO way to treat a now former customer! Ironically, I had gotten an email from HSN - trying to sell me stuff! Unreal.
I returned my product and did exactly what they instructed for me to do. Been getting the run around. Waste of my time and money. Never get my refund. I gave up on this company. Pleas take your business elsewhere FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!
HSN cancelled my order. When I called customer service to ask why my order has been cancelled, the CS rep told me that my account had been closed because of suspicious activity! This was my first order with them and it was only worth $30, plus my credit cards are all clean. They won't tell me what the suspicious activity is... and they haven't returned the money that was charged to my account. Never again. Sticking to amazon.
I spent nearly an hour and a half trying to set up an account online both through the website and the app. With no success except customer service being rude not reimbursing me for the time I spent trying to shop for my autistic son on there site and using their services. I even spoke with a supervisor who is equally as unhelpful! In the future I recommend someone going elsewhere such as Amazon or Walmart or even Target online but in short HSN is out for 1 thing... your money regardless of your satisfaction!
I never write reviews about products until now. My advise to anyone who's interested in order a mattress is don't! One thing that HSN doesn't tell you is that there's a $155 charge to have the mattress picked up if you don't like it. I'm trying to figure out what the benefit is on ordering a mattress from HSN, none!
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
