I was looking on-line for 2 catalytic converters, found HOTT Exhaust, looked at their ratings, called to make sure they were legit, and received them 3 days later. Yay! John was great!
It was easy to find and order the product that I needed, Great price plus I used the Christmas discount. The converter came in on time. It fits perfectly for my car. Event gaskets and bolts were included. Customer service was there to answer my call when I phoned them. Ery satisfied with the whole experience. Keep up a great work.

The price was the best I found anywhere. The box was not factory sealed, but all parts were accounted for and appears that it uninstalled. Shipping time would have been fine, but UPS seems to be slacking off as of late and this is not do to the normal holiday rush. Hottexhaust.com has done well!
Ordered on the 5th of December. I called today the 16th and was told it won't be shipped until the 30 of December now. I could have gotten it on Amazon a lot faster. So the guy in customer service says well I cancel the order and refund your money. Yes cancel my order and Ill order from someone who actually has it in stock. I wanted this new muffler sooner than the 30th. Even with the Black Friday discounted price its not worth the wait.
Came ahead of time fit well. Had to purchase sensor from muffler shop that placed catalytic converter. Otherwise, no complaints.

I ordered 2 Cats. On 12/01/20 and was charged for them. I received an email that says please confirm you received your order by clicking on the link below. This is where it brought me. NOW WHAT? If you ask me, leaving your customers wondering like this is a bad business practice.
Ordered some direct fit replacement Magnaflow cat's for my ride. After a week of order being delayed I contacted Hottexhaust vis email and phone. Within a day "John" contacted me any relayed the reason for delay-Item shipped but eta 2weeks.He offered me another product solution and shipped it overnight next day-no charge.

On a holiday weekend someone contacted me via email and made the changes to my order so that it could ship with the proper product Monday! This is after I made a mistake. I ordered a full exhaust from headers back cost 1500 on August 13 2020 after calling multiple times (they never answer there phone ever) I finally got an email thats states back ordered. I emailed again and asked for a full refund because were a month in and no exhaust yet. So I get an email almost right away but it was not a refund it was a tracking # i thought ok at least ill have the exhaust. Nope wrong again instead of refunding me then sent half my order stating the other half is on the way. Well its November 24 2020 and I have yet to see my full order. Yeah I have a tracking # But that was for 3 weeks ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they don't care about customer service. I have proof of everything I just wrote. I tried to review hotexhaust them selves but I'm pending approval lol

At first I was nervous from some of the reviews I've read. So, I called and spoke with John (who knew his stuff) about replacement Catalytic converter‘s (CARB version) and a muffler. I got the Magnaflow front and rear Cat's for my 2002 Toyota 4 runner and muffler for a great price. And I shopped around 1st but Hottexhaust had the best price.
Received everything in a few days. Everything was sent from Magnaflow.

No problems with ordering and shipping - very helpful and easy especially considering that it was sent to Europe, very quick! Fitting needed a bit of work as the hanging brackets on the centre pipe didn't match and required some insightful adaptation... End tips do hang out more than stock, I appreciate the look, but it does draw more attention. Sound is hardly changed at all, it is slightly better, especially at the start of the torque curve, but I was hoping for more. On the plus side, there is no drone at all in the vehicle.
The exhaust looks perfect, I live in Quebec, so I am waiting for the snow tire season to pass to get it installed, i'll let you know if I like the sound later. It was packed very well. Delivery was quick, no shipping fee. Thank you.
