My experience was terrible and a well learned lesson. I booked a room for $122.00. I agreed so I gave my credit card information. That's when the price went up to $212.00. Being a 66 year old senior that's too much for my budget. So I cancelled and was charged to cancel all within a 30 minutes period. I Love my stays with all the Holiday Inn Express. Had I known you were taking $50 of my dollars I wouldn't have cancelled.
When the first hotel I asked about waa out of my price range, he offered others until I found one to my liking. He was polite and professional and I felt taken care of.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
