Really poor quality and workmanship on both tabel and chairs. Pilot holes are misaligned and chairs cannot be assembled in a balanced manner. Dining table inserts are moving and legs cannot be flushed against the top.shakes all the time. Please stay away from this really low quality retailer. They do not offer any solutions and take a very long time to decline all requests. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not buy from this company- horrible

Not only is the quality of the product horrible but the run around to try and return it is even worse. I ordered two nightstands and the hardware on the legs didn't match the holes to put them together, and the paint was scratched, scuff marks on everything. When trying to use their HASSLE- FREE 30 Day Return Policy- the should have named it HUGE HASSLE-NO RETURN policy. I'm still trying to get a return label and after several pictures have been sent including the repackaged box, they are now asking me for a video. So, they want me to unpackage the stands, take them out of the box to take video of all the pictures I already sent, then repackage them? Ummmm. NO. They even offered me $80 to keep the nightstands, which are TRASH that I paid close to $500 for. Is that NO HASSLE? Awful horrible company.
**UPDATE received a call from CS asking to change this review to 5 stars. Still waiting for a return label and still getting the runaround. No issue has been solved yet.

Do not purchase anything from this company no matter how pretty it looks online. I ordered a wall clock that was supposed to be "Large". It was tiny and looked fake compared to the pictures and descriptions on their site. Now they are asking me to contact FedEx to calculate the return shipping.

Why should I have to pay for shipping of item that is different from what is shown on the website.

BEWARE, Homary is a scam.
I purchased items and they were arrived completeley damaged and missing parts. They refuse to send me a return label. I then offered to pay for return shipping, again they refused to accept my return. Stay away from this scam company.

Don't waste your time!

I ordered 2 wall lights and when they arrived they didn't fit a US junction box and they wanted me to just screw them into the wall?! It took rounds of photos and emails each taking 5 day turnaround to finally get them to return it That was 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for the shipping label. Don't waste your time or money, dealing with customer service is a nightmare.

I received my product yesterday and although I love the look of the couch, I need to return it because of poor quality. The legs are extremely wobbly and cannot hold the weight of the couch. I'm unsure if it's because the screws do not fit the holes properly. Some of the screws are impossible to get in fully and hang out. It is a heavy couch and because of unstable legs, it is unsafe for my children. To avoid a possible accident with my kids or a heavy set adult, I need to return it.

But when I tried to start a return, there is no order in my account. I've waited weeks for this couch, why is there no order? I called customer service but cannot get a decent connection with them. I could only hear crypted voices. I have not dealt with customer service yet but I hope they will make the process easy and quickly for me. This couch is just an accident waiting to happen.

Not at all user friendly for returns

I ordered a dining table and 6 chairs. I received the chairs several weeks before the table. When the table arrived it was defective so I initiated a return of the table and chairs. NUMEROUS phone calls and emails… over nearly two months, i have finally received return authorizations. I have to pay over $750 to return the chairs and the table legs and base…. Because "only the table top was defective." Homary is so cheap they wont even pay to return the defective table top… they told me to keep it and discard it! Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE 2/22: All items were delivered by FEDEX to Homary today by noon. Six hours later I received an e-mail from Homary that since the items had not been returned, they were closing out the return. They said I could reopen it IF it had been fewer than 30 days since purchase. It is well over 30 days because it took them WEEKS to issue return authorizations to me. This is literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have returned items to Wayfair, Costco, Amazon, Nordstrom... even a place in the UK --- and the process was always easy and seamless and refund received within a few days. I predict that I will have to come after these people for the refund (which will be minus the shipping costs because these people are f-ing slime balls

DO NOT USE - SCAM

We ordered a dining table which arrived and was extremely poor quality with chipped wood. We contacted Homary to return. They agreed to fully refund us and asked us to package the legs, as the table top was too expensive for them to return. We followed instructions and provided them with info for them to arrange a shipping label for the legs. They advised we dispose of the table too which again we followed instructions.
Fast forward 7 weeks of going back and forth and several promises of a shipping label, we still have not received a label and they keep asking us to arrange shipping. The product was faulty and it's therefore their responsibility to sort this. Extremely poor customer service and the quality of their products are even worse. Please do not buy anything from this company.
We will be taking this to BBB and also issuing a charge back with the credit card company.
How this company is able to trade is beyond me. They need to be closed down asap

I had Multiple Good Experiences with Homary
February 20, 2023

I saw all the negative reviews on this site and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I purchased a complete shower system, body sprays, extra large rain shower head and controls. The control went bad. After explaining the issue, they sent me new parts. I was very happy. I then bought a coffee table from them. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We just placed an outdoor furniture order that has not arrived yet (which is what made me check reviews again).
I know how frustrating receiving damaged items can be. We are also in the Amazon age where returns are relatively simple. I don't think that is their model and consumers should be aware of that before placing orders.
In my experience, everything has gone well and I continue to look at their website when I online show. Hope this review helps.

We bought a kitchen island light which looked gorgeous on their website. Unfortunately, it had a minor damage so we needed to return it. My husband contacted them numerous times, we sent pictures, but still no resolution of the problem after a week of going back and forth. They were very generous by offering us 10% discount for future purchases (this is the last company we would consider to buy something else after such "a great experience"), so we respectfully declined it and insisted on returning a damaged item. No response since then.

Will report them to BBB and have to file a claim with my credit card company if they don't return my money.

We should have checked other reviews before buying from them, it's our fault….

They've finally sent prepaid label to return incorrect item after I threatened to donate their incorrect item to Goodwill as my house is not a storage to hold their item. So I returned their incorrect item which cost my time to taped & took to post office. Then I received the correct item on 3/7 but I feel they should at least give some discount for the inconvenience that I have to deal with their mistake of sending wrong item to me.

I purchased two vanities from this site for a luxury bathroom in the Washington, DC area. Online, they looked elegant and expensive. I paid $600 for each. When they arrived, I opened up one of the boxes and as soon as I saw the vanity, I knew it was trash. I took it out of the box to make sure and yes, it was made from a cheap wood and painted. It literally looked like something you would get from K-Mart for $50.

I immediately went online to request a refund--the other three boxes was not even opened. I had to wait over a week to get the return label. They send me the return label and let me know I had to pay for the return cost back to New Jersey. Guess how much the return shipping price was? $600! This is madness! DO NOT BUY from this place! You'll pay more returning it than buying it!

They need to be shut down. AND---I've been trying to leave a review on their webpage all morning. They won't allow it. A total SHAM!

After doing all this, they tell me that I should ship the product myself bearing the cost.
The barstool was way too flimsy and I had ordered 4 of them.

They insisted that only 1 is defective because I refused to open the other 3.

Should have read the reviews. My bad. Cannot believe they allow business to scam people like this.

Real bad experience.

I had a terrible experience with this site.I had purchased 2 items and was utterly dissatisfied with both.
They look good in the pictures on the website, but in. In reality they are utterly cheap looking.
One of the items was even defective, where the surface was a bit ragged. They didn't even issue me a paid-for return label for this defective item.

For the other item it looked very shoddy. And when I tried to return it, at my own cost the carrier was costing me a lot, almost equal to the price of the item itself. Because of the sheer volume and weight of the package,... I HAD TO FORCEFULLY keep it.

A Really Bad experience. DO not buy from here, unless you are willing to take a chance with your money.

We ordered the kitchen island. The product itself is great. It's solid and well made. But the instructions for putting it together were nearly impossible. The reviews say it took ten minutes. It took two of us almost 12 hours. The hardware is all named the same thing. There were no holes drilled for the hinges. There were numerous steps to build it, but it was on the front and back of one page. And the directions were tiny. The pictures were very unhelpful. We were quite pleased with the end product, however.

Stay FAR AWAY from this company! I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing. The reviews linked to their website/product is misleading as it only displays the good reviews. They do NOT accept any returns even 1) got verbal confirmation on the phone several times before purchasing 2) product is defective. They REFUSE to communicate with the customer for any possible solution as they DO NOT pick up the after-sale phone line (you may waggle around by calling the purchase line since they still want your $, but their wording worth nothing since they do not keep their promise) NOR return any emails. WORST company ever worked with during my life. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Paid $500 for a light
Took 5 months to arrive
Was wrong colour
Was wrong light output
Was not dimmable when ordered dimmable
Part of the led was broken
Refused return due to being past 30 days when infact I was overseas when it arrived (after waiting 5 months)
Give your money to charity don't give it to these guys!
