The company is a fraud

I bought a shoe storage bench from them and it can't even store a men's size 10 shoe without causing the sliding doors to jam. The rating for the item on their site is 4.9 and it didn't publish my bad review. It looks like that the company hides all the bad reviews. The company claims to have 30 days of return policy, but it doesn't allow the return if the item has been taken out of the box and assembled. Stay away! I should have read reviews from other sites before buying anything from them.

Dining table
April 1, 2023

I ordered a $1200 dining table from this site. It took approximately 5 days to arrive which was wonderful. I noticed a dime-sized dent in the table top and that the assembly parts (screws/bolts) were missing from my package. I reached out to their customer service and they issued a partial refund and are expediting the parts to me. Mistakes are inevitable, we are human. I am very thankful that this company believes in making situations right. I will be purchasing from them again.

Poor quality, poor customer service

VERY poor quality. Defective furniture that broke after only owning for 3 months. I left a negative review and they deleted it.

I've tried for over a month to get them to take the broken stools back and they refuse.

Good Experience.

Homary is fantastic. There was a mix up with the shipping company where they lost our package. Abby from Homer proactively reached out to let us know they were tracking it down. After a couple days, Abby reached out again to say the courier lost the package and would replace the item. Luckily we did receive the package, though the courier had no tracking information to show it. Abby and the rest of the Homary team are wonderful, not to mention the amazingly high quality products they sell. I recommend using Homary for any home goods.

Complete scam - They're giving discounts for fake reviews even before the item is received. Defective item (missing parts, damaged parts, non-functional parts). Opened a case for resolution. Won't accept return if furniture is assembled. How are you supposed to know in advance about a non-functional part. In our case it was the drawers of the coffee table. Upon asking for refund for return they told us that since this item is assembled it cannot be returned. Don't fall for this scam.

Customer Service is a Joke

I bought 2 expensive toilets on this site. They provided me with 1 defective one that did not flush properly. Not only did I have to chase them up for customer service, they then sent me on a wild goose chase - of providing photos of the packaging and videos of the problem - for them to 'confer' with the product experts that suggested the pressure was poor. Then they wanted more videos from around the home, and basically took 0 responsiblity for providing a defective item. I asked them to send technicians out to investigate and fix - and that was never an option. Don't waste your time or money with this lot - they are a Chinese company and they are not going to resolve any issues you have with their products. Absolutely steer clear of them for your own sake.

I have used Homary multiple times to purchase miscellaneous items and I have to admit I have always been impressed with the quality of the products! Recently I bought a white coffee table and had some minor damage to one of the boards. A homary customer service member named Jenny was very professional and addressed the issue promptly. I couldn't be happier with all the good care I have recieved from Homary and will continue to buy the things I love from them!

Really poor quality and workmanship on both tabel and chairs. Pilot holes are misaligned and chairs cannot be assembled in a balanced manner. Dining table inserts are moving and legs cannot be flushed against the top.shakes all the time. Please stay away from this really low quality retailer. They do not offer any solutions and take a very long time to decline all requests. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bad customer service and broken products. Instead of solving the issue they are keeping me hostage to remove my complaint otherwise I do not get anything. It is almost 4 months they sold a bad product and are not willing to solve it! Very frustrating.
