Then on the embroideries, there are defects too and the color do not correspond to the photo on your website (It's champagne on your photo but we received cooper embroideries)

This shop is more of a scam than anything. Placed my order 4 months ago with a 4-6 week lead time. Reached out after 6 weeks and got so many :) in the email it was ridiculous and they told me nothing about my order. Reached out again a few weeks later and got the same EXACT response copy/pasted. This continued for another 2 months of the same responses and 'we'll do our very best to ship it by the end of next week.' I tried on multiple occasions to actually have a conversation about MY order but never got anything other than robot responses. Finally canceled my order after 4 months of nothing. Buyer beware, you'll never get anything you ordered.
I ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses through Holy Clothing 4 months before my wedding. I emailed them the same day to say these are for an event in Junr can it be shipped by then, and they said yes it will be 6-8 weeks.
It is now 5 days before my wedding. My dress arrived only a week ago (17 weeks after I ordered), and my bridesmaids dresses haven't even been shipped. I've had to buy new bridesmaids dresses.
Customer service is rubbish, I've had the same reply word-for-word from them repeatedly.
Lucky for them my dress is gorgeous or else I would be furious.

I placed an order from HolyClothing almost 4 months ago. They inform you 4-8 weeks of processing before shipping- great! I ordered extra early so I could have my pieces for a work event. Hundreds of dollars worth of their product.
4 weeks later. No updates.
8 weeks later. No updates.
I email them asking about my order, and a rep says "orders take an average of 33 days! They're well worth the wait!" It had already been 8 weeks! 56 DAYS!
I still have time, so I wait.
My job literally comes and goes and I had to scramble to get together a new set in time from somewhere else.
It has now been 16 weeks. I emailed them again, a bit upset. They give me no update on where in processing my order is- so now I'm assuming they never started it. The response, instead: "Orders for the items you purchased take 10-12 weeks. Well worth it!" It has been 4 MONTHS. And suddenly my items take longer to make?
I am so disappointed at this point. I was so excited for their pieces but it just seems like a scam now. I requested a refund because I have received *nothing* from them, and of course they denied me and tried to placate me with a $10 gift card after spending HUNDREDS on this order. (Like what the h*ll)
Thankfully my bank is not putting up with it so I am being refunded anyways!
So- buyer beware! They will take your money and expect you to just be okay with never receiving the products you paid for!

I placed my order on March 14th, it is now July 21st and still nothing, I have reached out to the company 3 times and all 3 times I was told a different delivery date.

I bought Arianrhod Maxi dress for cosplay, and its beautiful! The sizing is correct too... Im 5ft 7inches and its perfect, and i got a Medium and fits well... The sleeves are huge and amazing... Of course it came a bit wrinkly as it travelled with Fedex around the world in 6 days... Im pleased with Holy Clothing... I was impressed with Fedex too, until it got to western Canada and they flubbed it up a bit... The dress took about 3 and a half weeks to dispatch from Holy Clothing... as promised, if not slightly earlier... Its not junk, its well made! I think first wash might give off dye, so wash by itself and hang to dry... gentle cycle!
There are some beautiful garments on this website but buyers please be careful. I ordered a dress and the sizing was bigger than the measurements posted on their sizing chart. They actually pulled the product from their line to work resizing and then reposted. I had to return the dress for a smaller size and holy clothing refused to waive return shipping, even though it was their error. I tried to reason with them but they do not care.
I went to purchase a skirt for my stepdaughter for Christmas. I purchased in mid November not realizing that it was to take 4-6 weeks to make. That part of fine. Well after 6 weeks I messaged them to see what's up with my order. I was told it was in the Dying process and should ship any day! 3 1/2 weeks later I emailed again to get the same answer. Told them to cancel my order seeing I did not get my order in a timing manner. I never heard back from them so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. This company has no phone number to contact them. They are TERRIBLE I will be facebooking and anywhere else I can to make sure people know that this company is GARBAGE! I would give a 0 star if that was possible. Horrible customer service
Wonderful clothing. It is light, airy and super comfortable. The embroidery is beautiful and I have several dresses that I wear throughout the summer. Their clothing is flattering on all body types which makes shopping so much easier.
I purchased a dress as a Christmas present early in November. The site did not say anything about the item being "made-to-order," all it said was 5-7 business days in shipping. Given the supply chain shortages I thought I would definitely get the item for Christmas. Come mid- December I wrote to ask about my item and then was told the item is "made-to-order," and it takes 4-6 weeks before it would ship. It is now December 30... my item apparently shipped on December 24... it is currently in Dubai, so I sincerely doubt it will get here before the person I bought this for leaves in the new year. I have not been offered anything after two emails, and if I hadn't written I would have received no updates. To say I'm royally pissed is an understatement. I had bought from Holy Clothing in the past, never again. (Id show images of my product but I haven't received it)
This dress is amazing. Feels soft. Came wrinkled in the bag from shipping, however, when I hung it on a hanger the wrinkles fell out.

My first order was a special color offer. It's been over two months and it's not even shipped yet! Then I put in a second order 4 weeks ago. I didn't hear anything so I wrote them and they said the dyeing process is delayed. I asked for an eta and they said it takes 4 to 6 weeks which is fine. I placed an order over 11 weeks ago & was told it would take 5-6 weeks. The company has not once reached out to me to let me know what's going on. Inquires I have made have been answered by what seems like automated responses. The first 2 inquiries were answered with word for word responses, 2 weeks apart, telling me it was in the dying process. The first time was 7 weeks ago. I have now asked to cancel my order & to refund me. I have not found a working phone number to speak to anyone. This was the first & now last time I've ordered from them. One last thing... after my second inquiry they sent me a coupon for a future order like thats supposed make up for their failure in all this.
I ordered one dress from them and loved it. It matched the picture perfectly, was here in 6-8 weeks, and included no extra duty charges. Because of this positive experience I ordered another dress. It looked nothing like what I ordered and was something I would never wear so I asked to return it. I was given a US address to return it to (I'm in Canada), but they do not pay for return, even if the dress does not match what you thought you bought. It cost $25 in shipping to return the dress and the day after I returned it, a duty invoice showed up for another $21. I will never order from them again if you may have extra duty charges and cannot return something unacceptable that was sent. That is not a sustainable business model.
Holy Clothing is a wonderful. I don't feel left out because I'm a plus size woman. I have even given Holy Clothing dresses to other plus size friends. I know they will feel like a queen when they slip on a gown. These dress make you twirl with delight and make your heart sing. I haven't had to return anything but customer service was great to me when I was having an issue and it was fixed right away. Make sure you check the size chart when purchasing. Boobies sometimes make it so you have to buy bigger sizes but I'm always excited when I see a bag waiting for me on my porch. I'll add some pictures soon.
