Ive had a great experience building my resume at Hloom, its a professional website and very easy to use. But i was surprised that i had to fill my account number and pay in order to download my resume, i thought it was free. Anyway, i loved it.

I hate that I thought I was using a free template until I tried to save all of the work I had already put into it. The template is great, I just hate feeling manipulated. I don't mind paying for the template, but it would be nice to know upfront. It would also be nice to have a one time payment option. Now I have to set an alarm on my phone to cancel my subscription after I get the ONE letter that I need. Just INCONVENIENT. It also seems like a dishonest way to make extra money off of people who neglect to cancel their subscriptions.

Resume was great. Listing the service as "FREE" is criminally misleading. Beware, nothing free about their service before wasting 6 hours of your time.

Forcing users to pay only after slaving away at their resume for hours, under the belief that the template was free, is extremely misleading and in poor taste.

Impressive software. However my selection of a two collumn resume was initially expected to show two collumns on page one and regular page indentations on page two. Unfortunately the teplate placed everything into two collumns making my resume much two long. Since I have extensive experience I am trying to fit everything onto two pages max.
