It was good, but it would have been nice to know up front that this was a paid service. It said it was free. I spend all this time writing my resume to find out it is not free. Clickbait at its finest.

The recommendations in the skills part is not well suited for the role. The skills are rather general and not very useful.
I choose a data analyst intern role but they dont have the skills for using the tools that companies are requiring now for example SQL, Python etc

You really should indicate that the template featured is NOT FREE! It says free templates on your google search and website. After spending a good amount of time on my resume, I find that I have to pay (3 bucks is not a big deal), and then you are going to try that subscription crap. I am paying the 3 bucks and canceling the subscription immediately! Scam artists!

The site itself is great, and I was able to make a pretty decent resume. However, it was advertised as being able to do it all for free. So I thought it was going to be to be free to print it, but it cost money, and that's not how it as advertised. So that kind of pissed me off.

Program is great, EXCEPT for the fact that my city name is misspelled in your database and it won't let me correct it. VERY frustrating! And if I were to use it as you have it spelled, I'd look ignorant to a prospective hiring manager—it would appear to them that I don't even know how to spell my own hometown.
