I sent two more emails to Her Room Customer Service. They chose not to acknowledge these emails. I never heard one word from Her Room on this. I have been a customer of Her Room for several years.
I placed an order that I was charged for. It was never fulfilled. I followed up after a month. Customer Service said they couldn't find it so would issue a refund. Then held out a $10 rreturn/restock fee on an order they never fulfilled - ridiculous!

I love that I can find the brand I know from my previous order some years ago, and also try something new and be assured it will be good quality. So now I've added panties to the shopping list! I've been a customer of Herroom for years purchasing all types of items …. Swimwear, shapewear, bras, panties, etc. I've always been very satisfied and returned to buy again. My last purchase though, was very disappointing. I ordered 5 bras - most of which were a brand that I've been wearing for years. Instead of sending me the size I actually ordered, they sent the converted "universal" size. Not one of them fit and I had to return all 5. I would have rather gotten an email saying we're out of stock than deal with the hassle of the return. Sadly, I had to turn to Amazon - I ordered and received the correct size the next day. The rep on the customer service line was very helpful, but I learned my lesson for sure.

I have been very happy with Service and selection with Her Room. The product selection even from major makers is way beyond what I will find at Macy's or Penny's. Questions about fit are often helpful with items like bras. The staff have been supportive of male callers. Tomima Talks is very informative especially for male lingerie users who often are new to this. This is very useful for sizing and style selection as well the culture behind the garment.
My only reservation is with shipping costs that seem pretty high. I often forego a color choice selecting something local rather than order online.

I purchased camisoles for my mom for Mother's Day. I was fearful that the lace might be uncomfortable but was not. The camisoles are very soft and comfortable and exactly what my mom wanted. She loved the colors and the lace coverage was perfect!
I love their bras. They don't cut into me, unlike most. I very lovely woman guided me to the perfect one when I called and described what I was looking for. I'm visually impaired from macular degeneration and wasn't able to see well enough to use the website and she was kind enough to help me by phone with finding the perfect style and fit.
I have found that HerRoom has a large selection of Bras and Panties as well as sleepwear. The only downside that I have experienced is the brands that I use have limitations when it comes to sales. Example, the only bras typically on sale are colors and I am a typical white, ivory, nude and black when it comes to bra colors. Sizing can be limited as well. The good thing about HerRoom is the promptness in order notification and shipping. Merchandise is well wrapped and protected. I still shop HerRoom and recommend them because of their selection and promptness in completing your order.
