With great products from good companies and good prices my only problem has been with ordering and shipping, with an obligatory cellphone number (I don't have a cellphone) and refusal to deliver to a Post Office box, instead delivering to a rural group mailbox that is less convenient.
We've been buying from HerRoom for some time. The products are as advertised, quality brands and materials. Well described. Also some good sale prices with no shortchanging quality.
Recently delivery to our post office box has been stopped for home delivery which is inconvenient for us in many ways. However, after insisting on home delivery since "a signature is required" it was delivered to our rural group mailbox which we check infrequently. The last time I ordered, a cellphone number was required. I don't have a cellphone. I don't know why these inconvenient changes have been made.
I was asked to comment on the products purchased, but this was weeks before receiving them.
When my daughter phoned to check on delivery, the person responding was courteous and helpful.
For the record, the Cuddl Duds nightshirt I bought from HerRoom was excellent; nice material, good loose fit, sensible styling with slightly puffed sleeves that made toss-n-turn sleep less uncomfortable.
Making it easier to exchange….I had to go through to much to get a return label.

I have been a Her Room customer for many years. Overall, I have been very happy with their products. However, it seems like their quality control is slipping. I have order the same bra and one will fit and not the other. This has happened quite ofter lately. Their customer service is great. Not a problem with exchanging, but frustration to have to do so.
I have large breast and it is difficult to find a good fit. Her Room is very accomadating, order and returning is quite simple. And I do that quite often. I purchase all my bras from Her Room.
With our unusual address, mailing and delivery, I did not include our P.O. Box as a delivery address….only used our physical location necessary for ground delivery….as the item was not being sent thru USPS to our post office, Note: in our little area we do not have house numbers and do not have house-to-house mail delivery.
When missing the item and finding the POBox omission, your office was very helpful. Found our transaction, reshipped immediately….to the POBox number. Polite, efficient, and updated tracking.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
