Product arrived and was really pleased with the quality dress was absolutely stunning and fit perfect, would definitely recommend measuring before picking size, daughter usually a 8 but came measuring a 10

I must admit I did panic somewhat when reading the reviews - at the slightest delay in transit I was immediately on my phone and had a list of backup dresses on standby...
I also messaged customer service a couple of times, trying not to but obviously fretting - they were kind and patient with me and gave me the information I requested in a reasonable timeframe.
I needn't have worried. Aside from a few days with no updates, the tracking was pretty informative and I knew where my package was most of the time. I was able to sign up for tracking updates and this helped set my mind to rest! The dress arrived and was beautiful; not too scrunched up, turned inside out to protect the delicate folds. I think there's not all that much difference between white and ivory; something that varies between vendors and not Hebeos' fault.
Considering that these are copies of other dresses these guys do a lovely job - mine has swathes of organza ruffles that must be a real pain to sew in and it just looks gorgeous, the fitting was perfect as I went for custom size (which doesn't cost extra!).
Can't wait to put it all together and look like a princess on my wedding day, thank you so much

Communication could have been slightly better about the state of the order, But when the dress arrived it was a perfect fit and looked lovely on very happy.

I was nervous ordering a dress I couldn't feel from a website I'd not heard of. However, it was a fantastic experience! Dress was custom made to size, arrived on time with communication throughout, is an outstandingly beautiful dress true to the picture and fits perfectly.

I didn't expect to have to wire it all up, will let my electrician do it

I like a dress on the hebeos vebside. I was so excited and cannot wait to see the dress. But it came completely different product what I saw on the picture.

The came and was exactly as pictured. We ordered a UK size 14 and theyou measured exactly to what size my daughter was. However the part from the top of the arms was too tight and we have had to have this opened up. I would recommend going a size bigger.

Fast delivery and quick response to chase up email

Originally I could not find the swatches on the website, I emailed them, they got back to me straight away, explaining how to order them, have been brilliant. Once sent out was a good speedy delivery. Good sized swatches too.

Was very nervous after reading the many negative reviews, but the dress arrived, yes it was very creased but it was great as expected, happy with it.
Think Hebeos could make contacting them easier as that is not great.

My daughters prom dress arrived sized perfectly and looked even better than we were expecting. My daughter is thrilled and already talking about why she needs to get another dress!

I purchased my daughter a dress, sent her measurements, when it came it was massive. Not to her measurements at all very disappointing. I have messaged them I have emailed them to return or discuss but I've had no response, don't waist your money with this company

Ordering easy - arrived on time and fits perfectly

We ordered using customised size option. The dress arrived and is a little too big, but the quality of the dress is fantastic.

Received my order for my Grand-daughters prom the dress came wrapped like it was a rag all creased and the bra was not in its package just fell out on the floor. The dress is lovely but would say that it is two -three sizes too small even though I measured and the measurements do not correspond with what I ordered. I wish to get a refund and money for me to send this dress back asap been waiting over two weeks for a reply to my complaint already and now need to go and get her another dress.

We were a bit wary ordering a prom dress on line but we gave it a go and my word the dress fits my daughter perfectly. It's beautiful!
