I tried to buy 5 seats together, something went haywire with the website, my credit card was charged for the tickets but the site said they were not available. I freaked out and called the customer service number... RUDE, RUDE, RUDE - unhelpful customer service. Basically told me oh well, you will have to reorder - long story short, I finally get tickets in the mail and the seats are not next to each other. I tried to complain and got nowhere. DO NOT USE THEM!
Never received our tickets that were almost $300. Customer service people were TERRIBLE. The guy I spoke to had zero explanation or apology. His last sentence was, "I think I've done enough for you" and then hung up on me. AWFUL COMPANY! Stay FAR FAR away. I will never do business with them again and will forever warn people to stay away.

Prices were not the best on the internet. Beware of the fees attached. In addition, you have no choice but to receive the tix via email, which is yet, an additional charge. Worst part of my first experience with this platform, I couldnt call anyone. Everything is done via emails. Frustrating. I didn't know when to receive my email tix. Finally, found out they don't email out til the week of the event.
