I have no received my tickets. Says it sent me a email with my tickets and I do not see them in my email. Checking my order status looks ok, but I don't know where I can request to send the tickets to my email. I sent an email to request send me again. Still waiting.

I have not received my tickets. I ordered them using my boyfriend's credit card as he and I have been together over 5 years. Although we live separately, he supports me financially 100%. I called the 1-800 number to inquire about the status of the tickets. The representative will not give me any information regarding the status of the ticket delivery since I am not the card holder. I tried to explain the arrangement with my boyfriend but the representative did not care. I asked to speak to the manager. After a few minutes of holding, the manager agrees with the representative and will not give me any information concerning the status of the ticket delivery. The manager states the credit card holder must phone for ticket status information. The manager has a heavy Indian accent and mispronounces words. I will happily pay a little extra and order from Ticket Master or the event ticket center directly next time.

I do wish that the tickets could be available to download right after a purchase. Other than that you can't beat the prices compared to other sites.
