This is the worst website made in history of websites. They don't have a phone number too contact them if you want to know about your order. They also have a automated email, which means it's not a real person emailing you its the computer. Also they take forever too email you back they'll say they would send you a tracking number but they don't. Your basically blind with placing your order because you don't know nothing. I wish i never discovered this website. It almost ruined my life. Pleases stay away from this website! 1 THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY ARE A SCAM AND CAN'T BE TRUSTED!

Sold an iPhone 5c and iPhone 4. The process was very clear and easy, including the instructions for preparing the phones for sale. The completely painless shipping process was brilliant.
My husband bought me my first smartphone from there and had a terrible time. They sent the wrong phone 4 times. It was supposed to be at and t Samsung galaxy 4 and they either sent wrong phone or sent it under another Carrier and it was not unlocked. Then they suspended his account because the seller claimed that we sent back the wrong phone however we sent back what we recieved. Spend ur money elsehwhere. Honestly.

Don't bother with this service! I ordered an iPad, waiting 2 weeks for it and then got an email saying they were cancelling the order because the seller didn't ship anything. I reordered an iPad, waiting another 2 weeks and again never received anything because the seller didn't send anything. Despite their claim that most of "their sellers are timely and reliable," I have found that to be an outright lie. To make matters worse, after you get screwed, the company just says we apologize for the frustration. Clearly they aren't willing to stand behind their business if they think a lousy apology is sufficient.

Its been 2 1/2 weeks and nothing, No Iphone, No answers! I was charged $300.00 twice for a phone that has not yet come? Seller received shipping kit last week... NOthing received over here received! Customer service hasn't even responded to my several emails=I guess I Have to call the bank to get my money back!

I ordered a phone. I knew the process would be slow, but it was a great deal. The phone came with a sim card still in place, and the phone was locked by the previous owner. When I search for customer service, I found no number and sent an email that I was told could take up to 48 hours to respond to. Terrible customer service.

I bought an iPhone 6s from Glyde and first problem was that it took over a week to get to me, until i finally emailed and said I wanted to know what was going on within 24 hours. When I get the phone, everything is fine but as i use it, I noticed the screen would glitch and start hitting random buttons and opening random apps. This happens about every 10 min of using the phone. So I went online (within my 72 hours allowed to return the phone) to return it and clicked reject but accidentally double clicked so it cancelled the return. There was NO way to undo this to send it back so I emailed them a couple times explaining what happened and it took 2 days for them to respond to my email, by which point now it has been past the return time and they won't accept it. They STILL won't answer my emails. I have been so horribly inconvenienced and totally screwed over by this company. So now I don't know what to do and I have a broken iPhone that cost over $300. I have ordered my phone over two weeks ago and it its still not here. Not only does this site not have a customer service phone number to call they also take up to 3-4 DAYS to respond to an email. Very unprofessional and I will not be using this service ever again. They do not even provide you with a shipping number to track your package. I am completely in the dark about when or if ever my ordered phone will arrive

Would not recommend glyde because when i purchased a Iphone 3GS on 2-6-17 its been saying that the "Seller received shipping kit." for a little over a week now an here we are on 2-21-17 nothing has changed.

Dont buy here.its a waste of time! I ordered a phone and paid for it. A few days later I received and email stating the order was canceled by seller. There was no explanation just an apology for the phone order being canceled and not being shipped as scheduled. I needed the phone by a certain date and ultimately had to go to a store and buy it off a shelf because I couldn't wait any longer. No attempt at making good on my sale, just an empty apology.

I clicked buy on an "excellent" Galaxy S7 on 2/3. I received the phone on 2/16. The package was nice and the phone looked great, but the phone's theft deterrent asked me to log into the google account that was originally on the phone. The short and skinny of it is that I paid for a phone that doesn't work. I asked for giidance from their customer service emai with no response. A return package is incoming and I will have been out $350 for a month by the time I get a credit if this goes as slowly as shipping did.
Never use Glyde. The phones aren't checked by anyone and their onstructions to sellers of S7 phones leaves out that the google account must be removed so it can be activated by the new user.

Price was fair but it took almost a month from when I listed my phone until I received payment. If I had it to do all over again I would have sold on eBay. I used this site because I wanted to sell my phone fast but they use the absolute slowest shipping methods to receive the shipping kit and to send the phone.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
