My experience with global rose was the best, i thought this was a scam or something that didn't actually sell flowers, but they didn't disappoint me i love their flowers!

Came well packaged (maybe too well packaged-not sure each flower needed to be individually wrapped.) But, I cut the ends and soaked the whole bunch of them in warm water and they lasted for many days

The roses were in horrible condition and moldy and wilted. They were not stored properly. So sad as they were a gift from a friend.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday March 15 2025, they arrived late on March 17th, half of them had brown leaves Very disappointed!

We are very sorry that your order didn't meet your expectations and we wish you had contacted us as soon as you received your order on March 17 so we could have looked into your case and maybe provided some tips to process your flowers so they perked up beautifully (flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the lack of water during transportation. However, with appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours).

The roses are beautiful. I thought I would receive 3 dozen with each dozen a different color based on the photo. The filler was minimal - 2 stalks each of baby's breath & salal in each bouquet. Also online info didn't make clear that if I couldn't sign for the roses on Friday they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Had I known this I would have ordered on Monday to be sure any delivery snafus could be resolved. Only 3 roses we're lost due to delivery issue. They were dry but still alive. I cut the stems and they've recovered. FedEx isn't required to call at private gates to gain entrance. I would like to see a signature waiver selection when ordering. I've always loved this company's ability to deliver beautiful healthy floral products. I hope management will consider adding a signature waiver and making clear the issues with Friday deliveries. I will order again.

We are really sorry that the fillers didn't arrive as expected. While we don't guarantee a specific number of fillers in each arrangement, we completely understand that just two stems of Gypsophila isn't quite what's shown on our website. I've escalated this to our higher-tier team so they can review the images and ensure they accurately represent what's being sent out.
As per the signature release, you always have the option to request a signature release so FedEx leaves the package on your porch without requiring a signature. Just send us an email with your order # and authorization for a signature release.
