Glasses came as ordered, on time, no prescription issues. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The generic transitions work as well as the non-generic variety on the glasses I already own. Overall good value. I will likely order again in the future.
My order resulted in both the wrong lens and the writing frames. Customer service is frustrating at Best. That can't really give you any useful information and expedited took about 3 weeks. I was extremely disappointed and cannot recommend.
The customer service rep helped me through my order however I didn't get my prescription attached and I ended up with non-prescription sunglasses, that is not what I wanted. I was told I would get an email with the request for a copy of the prescription but I never received the request. Kind of disappointed.

I quickly found the glasses I had been hunting for in years. My nephew told me about your site. I have a very petite face and y'all were able to pick the right size. I am having trouble seeing out of them and will check and see if the rx is right or the doctor is wrong. At any rate I love the glasses and will buy again.
I have received so many compliments on these new glasses. They fit very well and looks great on me. They came very quickly as well. I told them where they could get great glasses from.
My only concern is I have a strong prescription and I would like my lenses to not be too thick, they fit the frame nicely and I have no real complaints. My only gripe is they aren't actual Oakley lenses, but that's just me being nitpicky
It was easy to order my glasses, I got a good price for the optical frame and wrote my prescription. However, the glasses' costs were expensive including the vision insurance.
I'll need to return these for one more try. Like the review title, I'm happy with my progressive script. Always a gamble via a website. The frames are just ok. The bridge ended up too narrow. The temples wobble, and the gloss finish looks cheap. 3rd, the transition effect needs to get darker.
Lastly, I hate that I cannot talk to an actual customer service rep. It's all bots. The phone service is pointless as it just drives to the chat bot.

Ordering was quick and easy. They have a huge selection with an even bigger price selection. They turn around was quick, and everything was as advertised. I will be using them again for my glasses purchase.
I ordered the wrong size and have returned the glasses. I want the same style, just in a Large instead of a Medium. When you return a pair of glasses, the site gives you options like "get a full refund, get a store credit, or change the style". It doesn't say anything about returning the glasses for the same style, just in a different size. And forget trying to get a live person on the phone!

The first time I ordered through Glasses USA, I loved my single vision prescription glasses. However, this time with my progressive lens, I can't seemed to see correctly. I ordered safety goggles to wear under my dirt bike helmet and got exactly what I ordered. Prescription seems dead on and the goggles seem high quality and durable. Will be ordering another goggle, but without the head strap this time.
I ordered 2 pairs of sunglass from the site, and they came super quick. However, I had to return both pairs because I did not like the way they looked on me. Only one of the pairs showed that they were delivered, so I had to reach out to the customer service team so they could change the delivery status of the other pair to show they were delivered as well so I could exchange both pairs. They updated the status within 48 hours and I was able to start the exchange process.
I ordered two pair of clear reading glasses. I got only one pair colored for sun glasses.

It was very easy to order. I did have a hard time reaching out to a representative. I messed up on my prescription and tried to contact a representative. I reached out through email, phone and chat but it was automotive. My glasses were fine. The look really good I was able to get 2 for the price of 1. I would defiantly order again. Just please make sure that you check your prescription before placing the order.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
