I was very pleased with the gift card I received from GiftRocket, not only can it be used at a number of restaurants & stores it can also be deposited into a checking or savings acct. Unlike other gift cards that can only be used at a specific place.

My daughter, who works at Amazon, gave a giftrocket money card printout for Xmas. Never heard of them and was wondering how difficult it would be. I'm 66 and not super tech savvy. Went to their site, super easy to understand and user friendly and I had my money in a day. Better than PayPal and Vennmo by far IMHO. Give it a try.

I ordered two gift certificates GiftRocket. They charged my credit card immediately but never sent me the certificates. I tried contacting them by email and by telephone. No response. I now have to go through the process of cancelling their credit card charges.
GiftRocket is either a scam or a very poorly run company. In either case, the chances of you getting what you paid for, are slim.

This is the first time I received a GiftRocket online gift card as a Christmas gift. It was super easy to redeem I just followed the instructions & chose Amazon as my choice. The credit arrived immediately via email instructions & in no time I was able to redeem it & add it to my credit balance & start shopping. I will definitely be using GiftRocket in the future as gifts to others.

Recipients can transfer the gifted funds directly to their bank accounts. This is an amazing feature! Highly recommend!

Tricked my daughter into purchasing a "gift card" for a certain business that would never accept anything they offer,I could have walked into a store and bought a gift card for much less and would have it in my hand plus it would be accepted anywhere visa/ mastercard are they border on a scam site

I used gift rocket for a jeremiah joes e gift card for a friend. It was so easy to use, fast and secure. I will definately use them again.

My brother sent me a $25 gift card. Giftrocket wanted my bank info, but I was not comfortable entering that. So I opted for an Amazon gift card, but there was an apparent error in executing that. The Giftrocket site said "look for an email", but that did not arrive. My brother canceled the e-gift. I think he will be lucky if his credit card actually gets credited. I think the good reviews might all be fake.

I was gifted one of these a year ago and there is simply no way to redeem it. They keep the money and customer service is not helpful. This is a scam.

I ordered a gift card for a Christmas present. They sent it via email,, I paid for it & printed it out. Then I get a email they canceled it,,, no explanation,,, I called & emailed everyday. No call back. The email just said the security team canceled it & can't give me an explanation,,,, the money was never taken out of my bank account.I will never use this company again. Very frustrating,,, no one ever calls you back & you get no explanation why I couldn't get my gift card. Very bad experience!

Simple to do plus they give you an email option for immediate delivery. It was fast and easy to do. I will definitely use again

Waited for more than five days to receive an email to redeem my gift card, be careful, do not use this website as they keep the money for their own advantage to use it for days before giving it to you. The service is the worst; all you can do is send an email to the support and keep your finger crossed to contact you back. I will never use it, and I asked the institute to not use it at all, and they agreed.

DO NOT use this company! It is a scam. Check out the many complaints filed against them on the BBB. Why hasn't anyone shut this scam operation down?!

My daughter gifted me a $50 gift card and when I go to redeem it say it can't redirect and they will email me. No email came. I emailed them twice and no response. Just like all the other 1 star reviews state.

How is this company still allowed to operate?! Shut them down!

We received this as a gift and it was easy to use. We could pick a gift card that was already listed on the site or a lump some deposit. We enjoyed being able to choose where to use our gift.

Very easy to use and I will be purchasing more in the future for friends and family for future birthdays and holidays.

I spent $200 on giftrocket for a client who never got the email. I had to ask because I know she would have thanked me. I contacted giftrocket who confirmed it hadn't been used, so they cancelled the original one and allegedly resent it again. She never got that one either, so I contacted giftrocket who just says someone used it and that's all they can tell me. Caveat emptor. Will never use them again.

I recently received a financial gift from a friend via GiftRocket. Honestly, I had never heard of them and was a teensy bit suspicious. However, they made it so easy. I just clicked a button or two and confirmed how I wanted to receive my gift and the money was delivered into my account in the time frame promised. I also love that you have the option of selecting gift cards instead of a cash transfer.
