This was easy to use. I am not sure why I need to type 100 characters. Please tell me why? It was easy to use, very easy. It worked. We use the gift card and are happy.
I earned 10,000 points on the Achievement app through various fitness events and earned a $10 gift card from Amazon paid through gift rocket. It was an awesome experience.
I like the ability to pick different variations of how I wanted to be compensated I was very surprised with this aspect in this would be something that I'd recommend just for gifts for family members

I was a little hesitant about giving my bank account # but everything worked out good and the amount was quickly deposited into my account.
Tried getting a nice fathers day gift to find out they gave me a home depot card instead and still paid a service fee when I could have avoided the fee by just going to home depot in the first place. Terribe company, their phone number doesnt even work and I doubt they will resolve my issue over email. Avoid this company at all costs.
Please read comment number ten below. This happened to Mensure too. And when I told them this in my review they got mad at Their so called securit team cancelled my transaction not giving me the money. No big deal. Just shows how much more deceiving they are.
So I did have trouble redeeming my card HOWEVER I sent an email and an amazing person Jake Douglas not only credited the account back the full amount but also sent a visa gift card for the inconvenience! Thank you so much for making this so easy!
I used them several times and each time there was a problem. Then the last time for no reason it was denied. I asked why and was told they could not give a reason, This took several days and was very frustrating.
All these 2 to 5 Star reviews CAN'T BE LEGITIMATE. I've left a voice message and I emailed GiftRocket 6 days ago. No support exists is it takes this long. Where's the 0 Star? I'm taking advice from all the 0 to 1 Star reviews.

I've been using Giftrocket for a while to send gifts... they have nice designs for every occasion, and judging by all the thank you notes, everyone seems to really like them on the receiving end, too!
Giftrocket is pretty simple... use it to send money to people with a nice suggestion and a pretty card. I use it all the time for family/friends who live across the country, and when I've made a mistake, their support has been responsive, as well.
It took me literally 30 seconds to send a birthday gift to my cousin across the country! Super easy and convenient.
Recently sent $100 from Maine to a friend in Maryland. The friend redeemed the gift on the same day. I made a suggestion for use of the money but appreciate that the friend can use the gift as she wishes.
Recently, I used a website to purchase and deliver an e-gift card for a friend in a town 1100 miles away. It was really easy and had lots of choices. There is a small service fee, but it was totally reasonable considering the amount of choices. You can recommend where someone uses the gift card, but if they want to use it somewhere else, they CAN! That's far more user friendly and flexible than most gift cards - truly a one size fits all gift!
Giftrocket.com sells gift cards in the same sense that Kraft singles are cheese. What the recipient of my purchase actually got was notice of a money transfer with the "suggestion" that they spend the money at the store I thought I was buying a gift card to. There's nothing the recipient can take in hand to be redeemed at the store. They had to provide their bank info to get the money wired straight to their bank account, then spend the money normally. If I just wanted to send money to their bank account I could have done it for a hell of a lot less than $4.50!
Sorry for the confusion Steven! As a note, people like our gifts better in part because there's no certificate to carry or risk losing and never any leftover or unused funds (regular gift cards are lost/wasted at about 30%!), all with the personal touch of a gift card/greeting card. It's the thought of a gift card, with the convenience of cash, and without the taboo!
