Someone used my card. I e-mailed them, they answered extremely quickly and took care of everything. I would consider them in the future.

My brother sent me a $100 gift credit that could be used at any store or redeemed as a cash credit to my bank account. I redeemed it to bank account, 5 days passed but never received a credit of $100 on my bank account.
My sister sent me a $100 gift card, i redeemed to e-giftcard hotels.com. 2 days passed i never received claim code to my email.

I requested a gift card to Walgreens & the site said the recipient could use it there or any other national retailer. Could not use at Walgreens. Very misleading.

This site is a scam. I got a gift certificate for Ox restaurant for my sister in Portland Oregon. They emailed her the certificate but she could not use it. They wanted her bank account to deposit the money into her account. Who wants to give her bank account to them. What in the world is this considered a gift certificate.

I received my gift, and it was simple and easy to use. I just uploaded the coupon to Amazon and applied it to my purchase. I would recommend GiftRocket.
