It is so easy to send money to my grand kids and any one else I need to send. When I receive funds, they know right where to send it with the click of a couple of buttons.
It is inexpensive and anonymous if I need it to be. Awesome service.
Had no trouble, normally I do not like to do any money transactions on the internet but I hope this is totaliy secure and cannot possibly be hacked, I don't really like putting my bank info on the net
I supposed to receive a 40$ gift card in the mail which I never received it. I emailed customer service and asked them to cancel previous one and let me redeem the new one. They swiftly replied and solved the problem. Thanks, GiftRocket!

My mother in law and my husband's aunt and husband each gave us gift cards to what they thought was our favorite restaurant. Turns out that unless I am willing to give up my bank account information, we can't use this gift to eat at our favorite restaurant. This is really misleading and I am not happy. We will provide our bank information but please be warned not to use this site.
My son gave us what he thought would be a $50.00 gift. We needed to give up our bank info or choose another gift card. The gift cards werent great choices for us. I would NEVER sent someone a gift through GiftRocket. It truly sucks!

I was led to believe that I could purchase a gift card to one of my father's favorite restaurants. However, that restaurant was not in the list of possibilities, a list I only saw after paying. I had to put the money back into my own bank account minus the $12 they charged for a service fee.

Don't use. Mislead to believe I could buy a gift card to a local theater in town and print off at home immediately. Received an e-mail saying that I could either deposit the amount directly into my account or choose to apply it to another brand's gift card. Attempted to apply to AMC theaters and have not received an e-mail with the money as of yet... Also charged a $3.80 service charged that would not have been applied had I just used the brand's direct website. Don't fall for it. Avoid it.

Can select another merchant. Guess what - that can take days!

Don't actually provide a gift card to the desired establishment. Then charge you 12$ fee which you don't know about until you are have paid!
Might have as well give a check or cash to the recipient...
