I tried to order a gift card for Ted Montana grill. After completion of transaction find out they don't even have that type of card and must be used to redeem for something else that will be processed in 2-3 days and later I find out there is a $5.75 fee. Wasted 30 minutes and still didn't have a gift for my neighbor. There should be a rating for 0 stars! Terrible experience!
Canceled my order with no explanation after informing the recipient. Refused to explain. Very embarassing
There are a lot of choices. I cant wait till my next ******* points to pick my next gift card.! Try it youll be happy you did
My father gave me a gift card with the intention that I use it at one of my favorite restaurants, but as it turns out I only get to redeem for a gift card at one of 56 (mostly terrible) options. Or I can fork over my bank details for direct deposit (I'm to trust a small company with securing my account AND routing number? No thanks!) Very misleading.
Fee was 5% plus $1, which also makes this unattractive compared to say a Visa gift card, which can truly be used anywhere and has a flat fee which works out to be a smaller percentage of most gift amounts anyways.
Avoid.

Sorry for the confusion here! Please drop us an email at support@giftrocket.com and we can always cancel/refund the gift or at least refund the service fee if this wasn't the intention of the sender.
As a note, we like our cash gifts with a suggested use WAY better than regular gift cards in part because there's no certificate to carry or risk losing and never any leftover or unused funds, all with the personal touch of a gift card/greeting card.
We do use the most up-to-date, bank-grade encryption technology when dealing with personal information, as well.

They cancelled my order. Do not use them! Waste of services. They waited 2 days to inform me they can't process my order.
