It's awesome that someone can send me a gift certificate but it comes in the form of cash! I loved receiving one, and I'll definitely use this service to send gifts in the future!
Bought a "gift certificate" for our daughter - when you go tot business they charge your credit card and you're supposed to redeem your certificate on-line for credit. Did this 3 times and 5 days later you get an email saying rejected! Complete RIPOFF! Don't use them its a SCAM!
I bought a friend a gift code, he redeemed it and it said he would get it by Monday, it is not Wednesday and he still does not have it, and the bloody email still hasn't been responded to! Stay away!

I used this site to send a graduation present to my nephew. He seemed to love it because he could choose what kind of gift he wanted, and the site was very easy to navigate.
I told my roommate that she would love uncles chung's resturaunt, and I will give her a gift card for that place as a going away gift. I ordered it online. But no! The print out is not a gift card at all! It says the the giver recommends the restaurant. She can either give up her bank info for a 25 dollar money transfer into her account, or choose a gift card from other businesses not even including uncle chung's. They also charged me a 6 dollar service fee that you don't see till after you pay. What a selfish joke! If I knew this scheme, I would have just walked into the restuarant and bought a gift card!

After reading reviews I highly doubted that I would get my gift card, but it was in my email immediately. The gift was sent for my husband and I to have a nice dinner, but there wasn't that option and I will not put my checking info into anything. So I got a Sephora gift card and already used it.
Suggestion for GiftRocket, maybe PayPal for the cash gifts or Visa gift cards.
What a surprise when I found out I could actually cash it in for dollars to my checking account. Which was perfect, I took the cash to the Resturant and was able to use part of it towards the tip.
GiftRocket is a great idea. I will have to remember it in the future. Easy to give the "gift card" for basically anything the receiver may want to do.

Any posts with positive reviews were by the company, itself. If you buy a giftcard, you will get an email asking for the recipient's bank account. Do not use the company. They are scammers who can only continue to exist because there are not enough laws to protect people from online scams.

These crooks just cut and paste any restaurant name and make you believe you're buying a gift card. Meanwhile it's a generic credit, and they 'suggest' you use at the restaurant you specified!
Shame on them.
