I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas just arrived at the local post office instead of it being delivered I received a card saying can't post your parcel as I have to pay a further £11.00 for it then they will let me have the item that I've already paid the agreed price it is totally a disgusting practice on searchable side judging by the amount of complaints here they have cheated hundreds of pounds of customers and if everybody looks into getting money back should all club together disgusting

Put in the hot beverage and only 1/4 the partially changed and another part couldn't begin to tell you what that was supposed to be. Also was waaay late on delivery... 25 days! Very disappointed. Ordered a gift for Christmas that should have arrived based on the shipping timeline promised. When it didn't show up by the 27th, contacted them and was told that it hadn't shipped yet since they were busier than expected... Since we will not be at this address passed the 1st and she couldn't guarantee that it would be shipped by then, had to cancel.

My mug came broken. The packing was terrible. There was only one thin piece if bubble wrap in a too large carton. The poor mug never had a chance I have not gotten a response on my email. Help.

So small you cannot even read the words - the chain is probably - at best - 10 cents from China - maybe less. Quality just terrible - so much in fact I will not even give the Son/Daughter necklace to my children - I threw them away from not wanting to be embarrassed. This company is HORRIBLE! They are not customer service oriented AT ALL. They charged my card, and didn't ship anything! They claim it is in route, but have no proof of it. They will not refund or explain anything! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE HACKS!
I ordered a necklace from Gearbubble but when I received it I had to pay a CUSTOM charge for the necklace coming into the country this was £11.61 I then got in touch with Gearbubble via email to complain and they told me they don't have any control over CUSTOM CHARGES which is true but my argument is they no you will possibly be charged for items going to different countries and don't inform you this could happen they are just happy taken your money. I would advise any one buying from Gearbubble to ask what sort of charges to expect if you are buying outside the USA
