It looks as though I am at the other end of the stick when it comes to GearBubble. I ordered one of the To My Wife mugs, was notified when it was shipped, checked on it while it was en route and it was delivered by the USPO as promised. I had a question, contacted customer support and had a clear and concise answer the next day! My wife loves the mug, gets her morning coffee in it every day, so I scored a lot of points thanks to GearBubble. I'm definitely planning to use them again.

You can not reach a human from this so called company, everything is via email and you can a sarcastic answer when they decide they want to reply. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them.

I order two St. Patrick's Day T-Shirts on March 2,2018. The online add reads it will be shipped in 2-3 business days. I expected the shirts to ship out by March 7th... the money was taken from my account Friday March 2,2018! I could not find a number to call these clowns so I sent an email asking the status of my order. To my unfortunate surprise the response I received stated the order was placed in the MAIL YESTERDAY... SERIOUSLY YESTERDAY, MARCH 14,2018! It certainly will not arrive for the St. Patrick's Day event I needed then for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS QUACK SHOP! IF I COULD GIVE THEN ZERO STARS I WOULD!
I found this company by accident and fell in love with a necklace that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. According to their website, I ordered it in plenty of time to get delivered. After website says "MAXIMUM 10-14 days IF you got a customized order". My order was "cookie cutter"... nothing at all customized... ordered right off the page as it was offered. More than 2 weeks go by and they still couldn't tell me when to expect my order. There is no one to call... I had to keep sending emails which... I would get replies but no answers. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM... STAY AWAY!

When I contacted the company, the representative referenced "refund and replacement policy is 30 days." THEIR SITE DOES NOT DISPLAY A REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY. In fact, their website states, "Refund Policy: Absolutelly love your order or contact us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed."
I ordered a pendant necklace from them on 3 Feb for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. It finally arrived on 26 Feb well after Valentine's day. Well what actually arrived could've been found in one of those plastic bubble vending machines found in grocery stores that kids are always asking to put quarters into. I'd certainly have rather paid 50 cents instead of 40 bucks for this worthless disappointment they mailed me. In retrospect however, after a couple of emails insulting the support team (since they can't be reached by phone), their incompetence has made for a really unforgettable Valentine's day for us and one in which we'll be laughing about for years to come. My actual rating would be a negative integer they definitely do not deserve a single solitary star
