After going public with my complaint and a BBB complaint filed I did get a full refund. This was a very long process and I think Gearbubble thought I was just going to drop it and say it was not worth my time. As a Vice President for a large company that does 1/2 a Billion a year the best advice I can give this company is to up your game on customer service and quality control or the owner Donald Wilson will not be in business for long. At the end of the day I got my refund in full. For the rest of you reading this then best advice I can give you is stay away from this company! Buyer Beware Gearbubble will try to rip you off!
I have been working with this company for over a year. First off all shipping costs are over double then the real cost. I signed up for the Esty program paid over $50.00 to sell and after signing up then I was told I could only sell cups and nothing else! Requested refund same day as sign up and told no. Then I ordered 14 tee-shirts for a company after 6 weeks they arrived printed wrong. Their Support wanted a photo of each one and I sent them. I was told they would replace them, 8 weeks go by and nothing. I had to refund my customer so this makes me look bad. I requested many times for a refund or replacement and they got to the point they would not even respond to me. It was not until I posted on their FB site that I got a response (text) from the owner Donald Wilson telling me I was unreasonable and he was deleting me and for me to never do business with his company again.(I have copy of text) At this point I was left no choice but to open a BBB complaint. This company is a SCAM and will not stand behind the customer when they are in the right! Buyer Beware!
Can I give negative start please?!?! When you are supposed to get your product you won't. When you reach out to let them know that it has not arrived you will be told it hasn't even been processed. Then they say they will do your order "priority" and still not have it arrive over a week later. Still waiting $25 later for a stupid mug that was supposed to be a gift and now its a late gift full of frustration. Again DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY! Oh and I am still waiting on the order haha, lovely!
My mug was finally delivered yesterday and it looks pretty good. Time will tell if the lettering will hold up. After what I've read in the other reviews it will be hand washed only so that will probably help.
The order page said that it was printed in and shipped from USA and would be delivered in 5-8 days. LIE.
Order placed on 6/4 and the $ came out of my PayPal acct same day. I didn't receive a confirmation # from GearBubble and on the 7th I emailed and Josephine helped me out quickly and efficiently so, kudos for that. (I had left off the m in the. Com of my email address)
My item shipped 6/12 and was delivered 6/19- right on time to be two days late for Father's Day.
Bottom line- if I saw a product compelling enough I MIGHT order from them if, and only if 1) I didn't need to get it by a certain date and
2) it was inexpensive enough that it wouldn't be a financial disaster if it doesn't hold up or never delivered.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the Father's coffee mug. I received one update and it wasn't until I followed up that my mug supposedly shipped. It was supposed to arrive on June 19th. After I followed up it now states June 23rd. So either Gearbubble is a scam or DHL has the worst delivery service possible. Best to avoid this GearBubble.
Bought my son a pendant, a Viking $27 dollar necklas pendant. They said it ships 5-7 days. Got there after 2 weeks, way after his birthday. It was a plastic piece of junk, no chain and was image was chipped off, losing about 1/5 of the design. They scammed me, plain and simple. Save yourself the trouble!
They lie! They didn't deliver my order by the guaranteed date. When I tried to cancel they said I couldn't cancel an order once placed. I have to wait for delivery, then pay to send the item back before they will decide if the return will be accepted. I'm sure once I ship the item back they will find a reason not to accept the return. What a scam! Don't waste your time and money by ordering anything from this awful company.
I orders $25 mug for fathers day. It was debited from my account on June 8th. The mug never arrived and when I tried the tracking number they supplied, USPS says it's still awaiting package.
I ordered a Father's Day mug 12 days prior to the holiday pursuant to a promotion. I was in touch with customer service after 5 days and told them if the item couldn't arrive by the holiday, don't ship it and issue me a refund. I was it was being expedited but if I still hadn't heard anything before the holiday to write again. I did. No response. Two days later I received email that item shipped and would arrive 5 days after the holiday. I wrote again asking company to issue refund. Now I have to wait for delivery, refuse the package and wait for who knows how much time for this refund.
I think this may be a major scam here... ordered a mug over 2 weeks ago and yet still reads June 30th on tracking site. No one to contact, no one replying to emails. FB better remove them from their lineup of advertisers instead move to scammers.

I made an account just to say how much I had a great experience with GB. A lot of these reviewers only have one post and it honestly looks like some kind of smear campaign. I bought a mug and a shirt and thought they both looked great and were shipped very fast.
Please please please stay away from this business! I paid $300+ to join the Low Hanging System and had 2 sales. Shipping takes forever and I wrote to support asking them to cancel my account with GearBubble. They never did.
I ended all the listings I had there and for a few months even continued to receive statements showing $0 due. I communicated with them through phone call, chat and email and still the charges keep showing up -- I got one on my statement again today.
They are not an ethical business -- since I have no sales and no dropshipping fees, I don't even know how they came up with the figure of $17 to charge me every month.
Stay away from this company. I have since found much better ones that provide the same service and don't charge a fee to join.

Gearbubble is a great and simple site, I ordered a shirt and it came well packed and it didnt have a weird smell or anything, the design was bright and gorgeous, the shipping time was fast too! Gearbubble feels like a cozy community were people share their designs and can get them jumpstarted to bigger things! I will start selling there soon with my designs definitely.
They do not communicate with there customers take way to long to send you tracking info. Its like their doing you a favor
I signed up and payed $95 to use this company to sell items on Amazon and after two weeks I am still unable to sell anything. The how to videos are out dated and dont work as they say it will. They claim a one click process LOL! Their customer service is unacceptable! There is no phone number, they refuse to give it to you, they take 24 hours to get back to you, they never answer your concerns and the stomer service agent is illiterate. They are a scam! I want a refund but they wont help with that either... big surprise huh?

I subscribed to the Gilmore Girls coffee mug program. I was billed at the end of December when I joined, and did not receive my mug until the end of January. I have been charged for two more months subscription, but have yet to receive another mug. When I inquired, I told them IF they were not going to ship the mugs, to cancel my subscription. So they cancelled the subscription without any explanation or apolgy. I also asked for a refund for the 2 mugs I did not receive. I was told they would request it. No, it's not a request!. Weeks later I have received one months' refund, just asked again for the other month. Horrible company that I will never ever use again, and I suggest no one else does either. My daughter is a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan and this was her birthday present. So special.
