I've been selling on GearBubble from the beginning when it was just in beta, so I've seen them go through their ups and downs. But at the end of the day it's still the easiest and by far the best platform to get up and selling on. I especially love the integration to have my Amazon orders fulfilled by them. AND the cherry on top is that customer service is amazing. Once in a blue moon that I find a little quirky bug it's always fixed within a couple hours. You can't find that anywhere else.

My order for ONE lousy tee generated an auto-response saying that all tees are made as orders come in and that I'd get more info as it is ready to ship. There was a link at the bottom to track the order so I clicked it, which generated this message (see photo below) saying that my order was cancelled because my account is suspected to be fraudulent. It is my day-to-day account. WTF?
I wrote to them, asked what's up. Got a reply that said essentially the same thing (nearly word for word) as the message on the website. Asked for a phone number so I could call, and also provided my phone so they could call me. Trying to be reasonable, right, but I wanted to talk to a human at that point.

Well then. What now? Do I have to worry about these asshats having compromised my card/account since it was PERFECTLY FINE before I provided the info to them?

Gear Bubble closed my account, in Feb. 2017, without paying me a penny for the more than two-dozen gold metallic cups I sold. I emailed Gearbubble & their "Legal Department" & "Customer Support" dozens of times, between 2/24/2017 and 6/6/18. But, I NEVER received any answers, or payments. All Ive ever gotten back in response to my letters is, How would you rate the support you received? Answer, I got NO support!

My husband got his photo t-shirt in ten days. Their tracking site has issues; I noticed the shirt took four days to travel 27 in Texas. The shirt is a Fruit of the Loom tee and the photo is good.
