I ordered a pendant necklace from them that was even more beautiful than the picture. It is well made and the engraving is very nice and bold so it i easily readable. Mugs Look Great... Until you use them. Then they too easily stain. I have other white mugs that don't stain like these. Even after a run through the dishwasher, they are stained.

Not only have my items been shipped correctly but we shared Gear Bubble with our customers who are in the business of selling customized merchandise and have had nothing but great reviews from them using it to build their customized merchandise businesses.
Service is great, super responsive when we've asked them (both the Customer Support folks and Don and Rachel personally), and they're constantly adding ways for us to buy more stuff through them.
