I received an email stating my 2 orders had been shipped on June 9 & 11, it is now June 28 and I still haven't received either of them. They were Father's Day gifts. I am really disappointed.
I order a Father's Day t shirt on May 29th, 2020. It was supposed to take 5-10 business days to receive it. I didn't start emailing until the week before Father's Day and at that time I was told, my shirt should be shipped shortly. I emailed again a few days later, and was told they were having trouble printing shirts and there would be a delay. So at that point I knew I wouldn't have it in time for Father's Day. I emailed again after Father's Day and was told all of there orders from May had been shipped out and some people just were not receiving tracking numbers... she would get back to me about my tracking number. DAYS LATER... I email her again for her to say that my order had no tracking number. AT THAT POINT, I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. I went through PayPal and received a refund. In my opinion this company is a scam.
I was guaranteed delivery before Fathers Day 6/19/2020. When I was placing my order it never even showed a preview before taking my money. I did not receive a order confirmation either. I contacted the seller via email a multitude of times. I got the impression he couldn't care a less about The issues of not even knowing what it looked like and the fact my husbands Fathers Day gift not getting here as promised. It is now 6/27/2020 and I just received the cup.
Prior to receiving I told the seller since I had but received it, never previewed order, no receipt sent, I want a refund. Told me I had to refuse the package when it got here and when he had it back in his possession then he would give me a refund. Really? This is unprofessional and he was in breach of his promises. I don't feel I should trust him to give me anything or to not lie rather he gets it back or not. I believe I rightfully should receive a refund for all the troubles and disregard he presented. I intend to share a review as well as reporting to PayPal.

I ordered an item around 6-9-2020 with the site stating that it would arrive by fathers day if ordered prior to 6-17-2020. I was never sent an email with an itemized invoice. I have no access to any record stating how much shipping and handling and tax would be. When the item hadn't been shipped 2 days before fathers day, I reached out. I was told to "give it a few more days" with no further expectations set. When the item didn't arrive on the day before fathers day, I reached out again, and was told the item shipped and given a USPS tracking number that only showed that the label was created, but the item not shipped. A couple of days later, I reached out again and was told the item shipped DHL and should arrive on 6-23-2020. When the item didn't arrive on that date, I reached out again requesting a refund being that my item is obviously not coming, and their promises meant nothing. I was told that because the item has shipped, I could only get a refund for the shipping and handling, but that couldn't happen until the item is received. Today is 6-26-2020 and I still have yet to receive the item. I have reached out to the company multiple times since 6-23-2020 and have received no response since. The company my bank card is through states without the exact amount (which I don't have an invoice for) or the exact way the company name would show on the charge (which i also wasn't given) they cannot issue a dispute. My item is not receive, my money is gone, and there is no effort on the company's part to follow through with guarantees or find resolutions.
