I placed an order in mid May, and finally received it last week.
It arrived broken, and I'm not surprised because it was wrapped in a minuscule amount of "bubble wrap..." (if that's what they want to call it.)
I reach out immediately after opening, looking for assistance to see if I can possibly get a replacement, and attached a picture of the product broken into multiple pieces.
I finally hear back, two days later. They want my full name, and email I placed the order under. Those were included in the original message, but I humored them. Sent again. Then they reply another day later and said they can't locate my order, and request a picture of the shipping box/label. I provided this request promptly. My order is weeks late. I ordered it over six weeks ago, spent over $50 and ruined Mother's Day gifts for my mother and mother in law. The customer service was virtually unreachable, terrible at responding. Once I finally got ahold of them by email ONLY, they were NOT helpful and continued to tell me to wait an extra 24 hours or 48 hours, and refused to help track down my order. Terrible experience all the way around. And I have yet to receive a refund! Wish there were negative stars to give this company. TERRIBLE experience. NEVER shopping here again.
