I have left several emails requesting a full refund and have heard nothing back. I will never purchase from this company again!

After contacting the company the created the shipping label but as of now USPS still has not received my item. Highly disappointed and will not use GearBubble ever again. Just wish that when a company advertises a guarantee they were honest and held to there word. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a company.

I ordered a coffee mug for my mom for Mothers Day! It took a little longer than expected so give them atleast 2 weeks to ship! It was well worth the wait because it is absolutely adorable and she loved it so much! Thank You Gear Bubble for such amazing products!

At this point I'm thinking I definitely got scammed & wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from the company. I've sent emails and will get the same response saying they will "Check on my order" it was a Mother's Day gift for my mom mind you Mother's Day was a whole week ago! I am highly upset and disappointed. I'll never order from here again!
