Ordered this mug 2 weeks before Mother's day. Just received over the weekend. It arrived broken, poorly wrapped and bouncing around inside the box. Picture quality was awful. I have left several emails requesting a full refund and have heard nothing back. I will never purchase from this company again!

Gearbubble stayed in contact with updates through each part of the process; order confirmation, design, fabrication, and shipping. The packaging was excellent and the mug arrived safe and sound. Will definitely order from them in the future!
Love the mugs, but use them as decorations because they don't say dishwasher safe. Terrific keepsakes. Had to get one for each of the dogs to give their Mama.

Placed an order on April 29th with a guarantee that my item would be received prior to Mothers Day. After contacting the company the created the shipping label but as of now USPS still has not received my item. Highly disappointed and will not use GearBubble ever again. Just wish that when a company advertises a guarantee they were honest and held to there word. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a company.

Again, I bought into their guarantee of Mother's Day orders arriving in time. It was ordered at the end of April, the day before their advertised cutoff date. It's a week later, and I still haven't received the gift. Customer service is no help. I'll never order from GearBubble again and don't recommend that you do either.
I ordered a coffee mug for my mom for Mothers Day! It took a little longer than expected so give them atleast 2 weeks to ship! It was well worth the wait because it is absolutely adorable and she loved it so much! Thank You Gear Bubble for such amazing products!
If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order over two weeks ago and my item still has not been shipped. At this point I'm thinking I definitely got scammed & wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from the company. I've sent emails and will get the same response saying they will "Check on my order" it was a Mother's Day gift for my mom mind you Mother's Day was a whole week ago! I am highly upset and disappointed. I'll never order from here again!
