I ordered a mother-in-law mug for Mother's Day that was delivered with one name misspelled. When contacting the company regarding the mistake, I was told it was ordered that way. I was given a link to verify the order although when checking the order myself, I was only promoted to order again. I have to settle with a nearly $30.00 mug that has a misprinted name while the rest of the transaction was done reflecting the correct spelling of all names included. I hate to be so difficult, but when spending this type of money on a coffee cup, I expect it to be correct or at least remedied.
