I love the T-shirt. My Mother is in a nursing home and we were able to go see her through the glass. She had a cell phone and we had a cell phone and both were on speaker. She smiled when I showed her the shirt. I do not have a picture with her wearing it because we do not want the help in there to accidentally lose it in the laundry. But WE LOVED IT AND IT DEFINITELY FIT THE OCCASION... QUARANTINED.
Saw an ad in social media about this company's products about Mother's Day and decided to purchase on April 22nd. On April 25th, I received an email update that my order was being made. It took until May 5th to "ship" my order and was given a tracking number to track my package. It is May 11th and still have not received the order and package tracking is still showing as "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER." I emailed customer service several times and received a response saying that there were issues with my package in transit and to expect 24-48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date.
It seems this company cannot handle timely deliveries. Perhaps they should save their money and the customer's time/money by avoiding placing ads to promote products they cant even deliver. This company should consider investing on their infrastructure before promoting to grow their brand because seems that they're developing a bad reputation from other reviews I read. A 12 day turnaround time on a mug seems pretty ridiculous unless the final product is done oversees... Maybe, shortening this number could mitigate an uncontrollable factor on the delivery side...
I am so disappointed in this company. My sister and I both have March birthdays I ordered the same shirt so she and I can match. It took about 2-3 weeks for me to get my order. I anxiously waited for my order so she and I can wear it together.
If they didn't have my size instead of sending me a shirt 3 sizes to big they should have told me and I would have canceled the order all together. But I thought I made a mistake and order the shirt again in the correct size and this time they sent me a shirt not even close to the one I had ordered for my sister. It had 2 unicorns on it and nothing about March birthdays, no Minnie or Mickey mouse. Now I am stuck with 2 shirts that I will never wear. I feel cheated and disappointed. I have 1 shirt 3 sizes to big and 1 shirt with a unicorn on it. I am out the money. It wasn't even about the money it was having something to remember the year by.

I seriously feel like Gearbubble is a scam. I'm been trying to work with them for SEVEN MONTHS and still have had ZERO success getting so much as a mug listed on Amazon.com using their 'integration' system.
I also feel it's false advertising because it is NOT nearly as easy to do as they profess. NOT even close.
If you're looking for a quick way to make a few dollars and you're not willing to spend countless hours on the computer and you're not really a computer person to begin with, do NOT buy into GearBubble. You'll only get frustrated and watch your investment go down the drain - or into lining their pockets.
Saw an ad for a personalized mug for Mother's Day in mid April. Ad said I'd receive the mug within 5-7 business days. It is May 8th, the Friday before Mother's Day weekend and my mug is "still being made." I've sent numerous emails but still no response. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you see the words GearBubble, RUN! Never again will I buy from these people. I am lodging a complaint with PayPal and am hoping to get my money back.
This is a quality product and has a very nice appearance. I am so excited to give it to my daughter-in-law. I could not be more pleased with the purchase. It arrived within the promised timeframe. It was securely packaged to protect it in transit. I will definitely not hesitate to purchase from this business in the future.
