DELIVERED AS PROMISED

This was my second experience selling an old phone with Gazelle. I may have been able to get marginally more $ for the phone selling it myself, but that would have entailed a lot more hassle listing it online with a billion other similar items, sifting through responses (some of which are scammy), haggling, yada yada yada. Much simpler to just send it to Gazelle and in a very short time receive a check - which came in handy right before the Christmas holiday. Thanks, Gazelle!

Fast and easy

They give you very thorough instructions on how to prepare and mail your devices. Their receipt and judging whether the devices fit your description is very fast and they instantly put the money into PayPal. I was able to dispose of a heavy iMac for free and better than that, I got money for it.

I am not one to sell things in the traditional manner. Gazelle is a great viable option for me. I also like the fact that I had the option to chose amazon gift card as an option for receiving the funds. By choosing this method I receive addtional funds.

We bought two iPhone 6 from Verizon store several years ago. We put them in Lifeproof cases to protect the phones which made sure they were flawless when we took them out. We just bought two iPhone 8. Gazelle quoted $140 per iPhone 6. We shipped them in the package they sent. Gazelle responded on receipt that they were AT&T iPhone 6 and offer $120 per phone. Verizon does not sell AT&T phones. Gazelle clearly has corrupt practices. I will never use Gazelle again. You should avoid them.

After I looked at the price on the internet, I agreed and sent in my phone. When they got it, they said it was in better condition than I thought. So, they voluntarily increased what they gave me. Very honorable on their part. I will certainly us Gazelle again.

Watch out for these guys, I will NEVER use them again.

They revised my offer of $200 down to $0 after they received the phone - so they got a good as new iPhone 6S and I got nothing.

Never again, this company can't be trusted.

This is the second time i have sold my phone to gazelle, and it was quick and easy. I received more money than anticipated for the value of my phone. The first time, i opted for a check. This time i asked for an amazon giftcard since it'll give me 3% more. As soon as they received my old phone, they emailed me the giftcard right away.

Gazelle was more than fair with the purchase price of my IPhone. They quoted me $22 but when they received the phone and saw that was in great condition they more than double the original quote to $49.50.
