Shopping easy and prices similar to other sites. Will wait to see what's actually delivered to give a final report.

What was delivered was beautiful but not what was advertised/ordered. I ordered a Fall Mum plant, picture showed it in a small basket. What was delivered was a dish garden with lovely plants/flowers; just not a fall mum?!

Not making a complaint as recipient loved it but I'm somewhat disappointed.

Delivery, ordering method, and the lovely bouquet (very suitable for the recipient,a male) are most satisfactory, however, here's a comment -- NOT a complaint -- but a suggestion: I was unprepared for the final price. It included the handling charge that, although reasonable, was not indicated earlier as another charge. I believe that there should be a note showing this, as well as ALL additional charges BEFORE the full expense is shown..

I have moved far away from family and friends and sometimes when someone I knew passes away, All I can do is send flowers with my condolences. I have use this site twice now and was very happy that my flowers were arranged beautifully (I was told) and arrived on time for Funeral Services each time. Very Pleased!

I love sending flowers to friends and family for their birthdays. What I don't like is the cost of shipping if the store is in the same city as the receiptiant. Other than that, it is great. Aftermath... the flowers were not delivered the same day. They were delivered the next day and were placed at the side of the home where the receicpiant did not see the flowers until the next morning. I received word from the receipiant and I then called your customer service. I was not happy with the condition of the flowers and the delivery. I do think I will use this service again.
