With a 3 day lead, this company attepted to deliver our custom flowers 4.5 hours before the venue opened. Then refused to bring them the same day after the manager unlocked the doors. They tried to keep 80% of the money with no product. Not something you want to happen with families grieving.

Not like the picture

Paid for bigger order the floral arrangement in the delivery picture was shabby. There were supposed to be many more roses and lilies. Cheaper flowers were more numerous yet the arrangement was still sparse. The flowers were sloppily arranged and not in bloom. The blush pink roses that were there were hot pink and this was sent to my friend after her father's passing. Overpriced for the quality and I am embarrassed to have sent such a poor quality arrangement. Find local florist only!

First, I received a $3 refund because they couldn't deliver my order the same day. Second, the bouquet looked NOTHING like the picture. Third, there was no bow on the vase or Get Well balloon attached that I paid for. Fourth, they said they could refund 30% of the bouquet (not including extras). I was soooo embarassed when my friend (with cancer in the hospital) sent me a picture of the bouquet. Worth, maybe $30.

Ordered a memorial spray. I ordered 2 weeks in advance of the event. Talked to customer service multiple times (after long hold times) the day of the expected delivery and was promised call backs with needed information - never received one. Then the event comes and goes and the arrangement never shows up but was marked as delivered. The customer service representative had the audacity to offer me 1/2 off for my "trouble" when the arrangement delivery would now be moved out DAYS after the event.
Yeah, don't really need it anymore, do I?

If you need flowers for an event, DO NOT order from this company. Don't risk it. Order from a company that will stay good to its promise.

Customer service sucks

Zero stars! They issue coupon codes and don't honor them. Hire customer service in other countries that only can offer their apologies! Customer service representatives lie and portray that they live in Connecticut where the company resides!

I purchased a $70 arrangement for my BFF's Birthday (in NY) 2 days prior to the delivery date. At 5:30 pm on the delivery date no arrangement had arrived and I called to confirm status of delivery. I was told that the florist was not able to fulfill the order… I was beyond livid, they did not have the decency to call me earlier and let me know so I could get another option delivered to her on her birthday day. I asked for a refund and was told that it's company policy to "investigate" and I would be presented a resolution within 24 hours. This is not the worst yet… so the following day I received a call to inform me that the arrangement would be delivered the following day (2) days after her actual birthday. When the arrangement was delivered she sent me a picture and I was shocked to see what she got was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement with purple orchids and other purple flowers and palm tree leaves. She received white orchids and an explosion of white, pink and green flowers. Disgusting! My cousin is an interior decorator in the Hamptons and I am embarrassed to have sent her such a horrible arrangement. This company is a FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE!

No delivery, No notice

On 2 separate occasions, I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before a specific occasion (birthday, anniversary). I ordered online and the website accepted my order and payment with no problem. In both instances, I called after the occasion because I did not hear back, and the flowers had not been delivered. When I called From You Flowers, all they would offer is a refund with no explanation why I did not receive notice. They offered a delayed delivery for a week for 50% refund. What good are flowers a week after the event? They should not accept the order if they cannot fulfill it or at least notify me I'm advance so I can make separate arrangements. Unreliable company with terrible customer service.

Do not order from this company! They lie! They never delivered my order. You will hold for 45 minutes to speak with "customer service" in India. They will lie and tell you that your order is out for delivery, when it isn't. DO NOT USE THEM!

Really bad experience

Ordered flowers on Tuesday afternoon website says delivery in 4 hours. Wednesday evening they were supposed to be delivered and SAS they were but nothing showed up... called. Was told they would redeliver... tursday evening get them at the door flowers are look bad all wilted small when they shoild be a large one that I ordered not worth the 64.00 I spent the bow was all massed up. And I will never order from this company such a waist of money to make someone feel special

Can't Deliver

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law's assisted living facility in Indiana. I have previously purchased from a variety of other on-line florists and had no problem. The day the delivery was supposed to be made I got an email saying they couldn't deliver because they had no florists in the area that delivered to that address. I would be more understanding if they had contacted me shortly after I ordered. Surely they have to know if they have florists in the area. Now I'm in a crunch trying to find something else to be delivered in time for Christmas. The only reason they didn't get a 1 star is because the customer service was easy to deal with.

Horrible experience!

I wish I read all the reviews (including yelp) prior to using from you flowers. I am now nervous about what the arrangement will look like once they are FINALLY delivered. I place an order on December 10 to be delivered on December 13th to a recipient on her birthday. Anyway long story short it is December 15th still no delivery. I have talked now to 3 customer service agents (1 being a supervisor) because everyday since the 13th so far I have received an email that my order couldn't be delivered and every time was told not to worry and be assured they are taking care of it and it will get delivered. And by the way it isn't going to be my original order because they can't find a florist to do that. So now it's a florist choice design arrangement (and it's less than what I originally ordered). The funny thing is the supervisor today told me they couldn't find a local florist to even deliver that but rest assured they will find someone.? So still nothing delivered and I don't have much faith in their process and follow through. I was assured by the 1st customer service agent that they CAN have the arrangement I picked delivered (It would just be late) and they found a florist. 2nd customer service agent the next day after they send me an email. They can't find a florist that can do the arrangement I was pretty upset and they arranged a comp order to be sent to my recipient and be assured it will be delivered. 3rd customer service agent (this time a supervisor) after another email that my order can't be delivered. They can't find a local florist but rest assured they will find a local florist to deliver He told be don't worry. I ASSURE you. I told him everyone of them has assured me and told me the same thing and every day I have received an email saying they can't deliver. SO done, Since we have to put recipient address and our specific selection to place their order their system should kick back either can't be delivered, or selection not available to recipient address... other websites have this feature. I would have found another vendor who could deliver and would have chosen a different arrangement. I placed the order with from you flowers specifically for the arrangement I chose. I would NOT recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! BAIT & SWITCH SCAM FIRM

Ordered Xmas tree (premier package), and got something that didn't even resemble a tree -- more like what I could have purchased as the local grocery store. Teaches me for not reviewing everyone's comments on this website --- apparently this firm only does bait and switch and charges an absorbent amount for arrangements. Their ad is misleading, and I'm reporting them to Better Business Bureau. They did call this morning and refunded less than 50% of what I paid for my order. At least I got something back. I ordered a second arrangement for another friend. Can't wait to see what she receives.

Worst online floral delivery service

I ordered flowers for a friend's 50th birthday 2 days before requested delivery (her birthday day). I received a notification late ON the day of delivery that it would not happen because there was no florist local to the delivery address. When I responded to the notification that I would like a refund, I received an email from Customer Service apologizing for non-delivery and that the "responsible florist" also apologized. Having just been told by the initial notification that there was no florist available in the area, this customer service communication was very confusing, so I responded just that. A response came back stating that the initial notification was correct; there was no local florist available and would I like to try another special being offered by From You Flowers? I just ceased all communication at that point.

At least they refunded quickly

Never got delievered

This whole process was an absolute nightmare. Paid $100 for flowers that were never delivered. Complete scam. Stay away from this company. They have no idea who is actually delivering the flowers and are not helpful at all. Save your money and go anywhere but this company. Chose a local florist in the area cause then you will actually get what you pay for.

Misleading and Horrible

I ordered flowers on a day where they had a promotion that any order would qualify for free delivery for life! Awesome deal right? NOPE. When ordering no delivery fee was shown, instead there was a thing called a service fee. I assumed this was the same thing and when I reached out to customer service it forever for them to respond and refused to let me speak to a manager or someone higher up who wouldn't just copy and paste the same message. Apparently the service fee is different from the delivery fee... even though on their website and the same message customer service sent me three times it states that the service fee includes local delivery costs. The service fee should have AT LEAST been reduced considering I was PROMISED free delivery. Very misleading. Finally got a refund.
Update: Customer service has been very good about reaching out to me, canceling the orders I no longer wanted, and is now sending me a complimentary floral arrangement.

TWICE there have been issues with services that I have paid extra money for and with 0 stars not an option I have to go with 1. I have an autistic child that picked out a floral arrangement and gift for his stepmother on Valentines day, I paid for expedited and priority shipping/delivery (extra fees) and was told that it would be delivered before noon. Never got a notice or update on it. End of the day hits, still no delivery. When I reach out, they say "oh it will be tomorrow". No, not acceptable. They then delivered the package to a CLOSED BUSINESS on a Saturday. Not only was my child heartbroken that his stepmom came home without a gift he picked out, but the company fought me on the refund request stating "we can only give you back the extra you spent for priority not for the full amount." Fast forward to today. I paid for an anniversary arrangement and card to be delivered priority and expedited (before noon). I reach out first thing to make sure it will happen and I am told it is on the list and will be completed by noon. Well it is afternoon and nothing. I reach out and get 2 more people before a manager. Then the manager tells me the florist doesn't have those specific flowers today but they can refund me just the priority shipping and send something to a residential address on Monday. 1st off, it is already passed my promised time, secondly no one notified me of any issues with the florist nor when I spoke to a rep early in the morning was anything relayed to me of issues, and finally, the date is today NOT MONDAY. I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this company for anything important or meaningful.

Scam company. Uses lowest quality local florist where proct doesn't come close to matching picture. Offered 30% refund and apology that doesn't even cover their service fees. DO NOT USE - search the internet to see real reviews not their fake claims.
