Kelly Ackerman walked me through every step as I had never designed frames before. She answered every email and gave clear, precise guidance. My frames and mats turned out perfect! And they arrived in less than a week.

Took a long time to get the mats without any follow-up on shipping. I do like the colors. However two of the mats were supposed to be 16x20 and they actually came 16x19. Have contacted frame USA for a remake.

The fast ship items were not available in a quantity sufficient to qualify for wholesale pricing, but customer service worked it out with me. Then I managed to order the wrong width frame. Again customer service to the rescue. Frames arrived quickly and look great.

Website is user friendly :) So easy to get around and decide what type frame you're looking for.

I placed an order and then later that evening I realized I needed a smaller size. The following morning I called and explained my situation. The young man on the phone was so helpful and kind. He fixed my order within 5 minutes.

I like how simple it is to order frames and to find the details of what comes with each frame.

Glass on one of the frames was broken. I called and a replacement frame is being shipped. I was not at all surprised that there was breakage due to the way they were packed for shipping. Oversized box with pieces of cardboard between frames. Frames sliding back and forth in the box; I could hear and feel them shifting as I picked up the box.

First time Customer. I was tired of the poor quality overpriced frames at major retailers. I wanted to buy something and support a US company and workers. I went online and found the frames i needed on clearance. The products i got were a great price and the quality was much better than the retail items made overseas. Product arrived in 2 business days. As fast as Amazon. Products were packaged with care and nothing was damaged. Quality all throughout the sales process.

I love looking at all the different frames trying to imagine which color or carving I want for a specific art piece. I also am happy that a lot of things are explained with detail. Such as sizing and how to mount the pictures on a wall with the sawtooth hangers or wire.

Frames are expensive especially if they require custom sizes. Frame USA had pleanty of "stock" sizes to chose from with making a special order

This is the third thing I've ordered from Frame USA, and they've been great every time. This particular one was a pretty straightforward order, but on previous orders they've reached out to me to be certain we were on the same page or to straighten out an issue. Communication has been good & timely, and the quality of the materials has been great. I'm a dedicated customer, at this point.

The previous order was very similar to this. I asked I be notified how much shipping was as I could have sent a pick up slip on my UPS account. Shipping was nearly double of what this order is. I talked with a rep at your office. It is just too bad for me you charged me so much freight on my previous order. It's too bad for me you didn't notify me in advance as I requested. If you company was not closing the doors I would not have ordered again today.

Unbeatable price point, vast selection of high quality product, everything is customizable, shipping was expeditious, and the end product was identical to what i had designed on the website. Highly recommended.

I liked the look of this item online, but I was disappointed with it for three reasons: It is somewhat flimsy; it is just a wood particle product covered with black paper (it is not even painted; all four corners had small splits. I am keeping the frame only because I needed to present something as a gift and did not want to wait for a replacement.

I don't recommend the "Affordable Frames" because the styrene is incredibly cheap and reflects light, making it unusable. Mine also came jaggedly cut and uneven. When I approached customer service they refused to give a refund, even though the frame is unusable.

Low price. Very fast shipping. Better quality than I expected.

Love the frame - exactly as described and well made. My only issue was that when I removed the plastic protective sheets from the plexiglass, there were some scratches on the surface of the plexiglass. Not enough to make me want to go through the hassle of a return, but a bit of a bummer nonetheless. I just flipped the sheet so the scratches faced inward and I don't think it's really noticeable. Otherwise, really do love the frame!

After considerable sticker shock at a professional frame shop, I was able to find a reasonably-priced, high-quality frame on your website. It arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and looks great. Looking forward to my wife opening her Christmas present in a couple days!
