Custom Quote Dissapointment

In order to make sure i had identical frames i had a custom quote done to mirror my previous order. The custom quote was right, but the frame and mat were not.

Fantastic frames!

I made three custom frames and mats with the Design a Frame option and they all came out beautifully. They were packaged very well when they shipped, as well, so they arrived perfectly fine. I will definitely use this company for any future frame needs 😊

Affordable frame that looks like wood.

Great ordering experience. Good quality. Since I didn't want to pay the high cost of a wood frame I chose the Value option, which turned out to be excellent. I replaced their corrugated cardboard back with acid-free foam board for about $5 from a craft store, and using acid-free tape was able to hinge-mount a high-quality art print to the included matte, creating a great-looking frame for less than half the price of a custom frame. If I want non-glare glazing I'll have to order that from another site, but the styrene that's included isn't too bad.

Good frames and good service

We needed a lot of frames quickly and these are just right. They came in excellent condition, well packed. We had problems with delivery, but those were caused by the weather, not by Frame USA. The Frame USA folks gave us great service.

Solid but slipping

Always use this company love their services but the more recently received frame had a couple irregularities on the plastic insert/glass substitute. Nothing crazy, easily fixed with a pair of scissors, but irritating nonetheless.

This was my first time back after Frame USA's system upgrade a couple years ago so I had to re-register as if a new customer. Not a big deal, this happens often enough and I was aware of this process thanks to their emails. Products were easy to find on the site. The product and order pages had a smooth flow except for a small glitch after completing my order, when the SiteJabber pop-up screen appeared and there was no way to click out of it... not even clicking the "stars" to begin a review did anything. I just had to close my browser window.

Excellent Customer Service

The checkout experience and updates about shipping are great, but unfortunately, the products were not quite up to par. Out of the 20 frames I purchased 4 of them were broken. 3 had broken glass and one had a broken frame. Update: Although I didn't put in for replacement frames, because of my review I was contacted by a brand manager to let me know that they will be replacing the 4 frames that were broken. Awesome customer service!
