Sent a package from the UK main warehouse to Spain and it got stuck in customs. FedEx was useless in solving the problem. Julie from forward2you customer service was very helpful. She provided me with the documents I needed to send and the package was on it's way the next day.

So I had one hardcover book that shipped from the UK and was repacked and forwarded to me in Canada. The process was easy and the packing was perfect. Package arrived safely. However the cheapest price was 40gpb which worked out to 70$ in shipping for a single book. More than double the cost of the original purchase.
Would love to use this more often but I will need to look for a cheaper option.
Used them a couple of times no problem. Last time I bought a kettle from the UK and although it wasn't very heavy it cost an absolute bomb to send to Australia. It arrived the box was falling apart.
Update: Customer service gave me a partial refund, advised that their repackaging service would avoid the packaging issue in future. Pleased that they take customer satisfaction seriously.

You will end up shipping a £7 pounds item for £43 pounds. Mine was a square box size of half a phone and thick as a car key and weighed 100 grams, and because there is nothing you can do about it once it gets to them you have to pay whatever options they give you. Checkmate was when they flagged it for repacking, I had £9.99 shipping options before that and if I didn't choose the repack and pay additional £3 I was told they will have nothing to do with package if it got lost and I didn't choose the repacking option of the envelope. The envelope they used was so big it could fit 2 show boxes for a box size of ring. Wish I could share pictures. Anyway, package arrived. Wasn't the first time using them. Bought shoes twice before and used them and paid like £27 and didn't have a problem with that amount then, but my current items was was smaller and lighter but paid double that of shoes

The website works flawlessly, everything is clear, well-organized, and the customer support is fast, friendly, and efficient. The overall experience is practically impeccable.
The issue comes at checkout: shipping costs almost always end up being much higher than expected. Even after running simulations and pre-checks, the final amount often doesn't match what you originally estimated.
I understand there are technical reasons behind these charges, but to get better rates, you need to send emails, ask questions, follow up…
I just wish the approach felt less like a pure business operation and more focused on building a loyal customer relationship.

I was anxious about my package being delivered to the destination warehouse in Delaware, USA but was given "to an individual" by USPS, so I contacted Forward2Me via email to ask why it was not displayed in my Shipping inventory on the Forward2Me site.
NICA assured me most parcels are displayed within 48 hours and so it was. I was really worried someone else accidentally took my parcel and made off with it at first, glad it panned out for me in the end

I received my package in the warehouse and the staff immediately got in touch with me to arrange the best way to ship my parcel. They were attentive every step of the way and offered solutions to the questions I had, replied in a timely manner and ensured I got my goods safely, which I was really worried about because they were chocolates and I was afraid they would get squashed!
