Overall great experience!

My box was wet and pushed in on one side when it arrived but the products inside were fine. This was no fault of Forward2me but FedEx once it was received stateside. Great packing job saved my shipment. Was also very fast. Will definitely use again!

Easy to Use and Got My Package!

At first, there were a couple confusing elements / things I didn't understand, but after reading their instructions and contacting an agent who was very helpful, it was actually quite easy to use! I was a bit skeptical because I've never used a service like this, but my order came safe and sound. I will definitely use this service again!

The answer is off-point

The answer to my inquiry was an explanation of the state of affairs, not the reason why it got to that state, so communication was not established.
Instead of explaining why something went wrong, the focus is on explaining what went wrong

Reliable and Quick Response

Package arrived

I ordered a package in Germany (living in the Netherlands). The price in Germany was way lower on my goods, but the company was not shipping abroad. While this is all Europe, free transportation of goods and people is our right, so no additional taxes can be added to the costs of the order.

I decided to use Forward2Me, and it worked! I saved 300 euro on the order and payed an additional 33 euro for shipping to Forward2Me. Track and trace codes helped me to see where the package was, so I was never concerned of the package not to arrive.

Of course this took a bit more time to get my package, but I was not in a hurry to get it.
If I ever see a big discount in Germany again and the costs of re-shipping is less than the discount, I would just use Forward2Me again.

Received shies without the box

Warehouse keeps disposing essentials even when told to keep them.
Today I received shoes without their original box! Which was absurd

After customer service contacted me regarding this issue, i would change the review to be a 4 star,
Customer service taking these review under consideration and contacting customers to solve their concerns shows a great deal on how the company prioritize their customers.
Working with a company that cares for their customers is the most important as misunderstanding and issues happens all the time, the most important is how to react to it.

Windy from Germany Warehouse is amazing!

I shipped two articles of clothing. They said the packing had to be repackaged, which cost about $5 extra when I didn't see anything wrong with the original packaging. Overall, it cost more than $50 to ship when it normally costs $20

Consistently Satisfied for Years

I signed up with Forward2Me years ago ( in the early days I believe) and have been a regular customer with the Germany, UK and US warehouse facilities. I have had many irregular and demanding situations over the years and I can honestly say that Foreward2Me has consistently delivered valuable service at a reasonable cost and I am truly grateful. Sometimes they even went out of their way to suggest a better solution for my situation. Their Customer Service was responsive and useful. I rarely leave reviews but have been so impressed over the years of service that I feel compelled to leave this review. Thank you to all the staff at Forward2Me!
