After nearly 4 months they refused the case because they were unable to have the dog owner comply to a request for proof of insurance coverage.

I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs with no handrail near to grab at Van Wezel in Sarasota in December 2021. I was knocked out by the fall and when I came to workers at the facility that saw me fall insisted that I go to the ER by Ambulance. The ambulance driver told me I was the fifth fall that week. I called Morgan and Morgan from the ER. The next day they sent me papers to sign as a client. A few days later I received a call from attorney Joel Williiams who told me that he had limited funds for discovery but was putting them on notice not to make any changes. I had already purchased tickets for a New Years show and offered them to his office if someone wanted to go look at where I fell. They did nothing for me but waste 6 months time, No discovery at all. I had been getting text and calls from the girls in the office checking to see if I was still treating. I called in June 2022 to update the office on my treatments and the girl told me that the insurers of the facility had denied my claim, but they could probably get me 5k, I asked her to have the attorney call me. He called and said he had not filed a lawsuit and if he did I would probably owe the facility money. He informed me that about the letter from the insurer of the facility so I asked him to send it to me and he did. It had been sent to him 2 months prior saying that they had completed their investigation and was asking what was being presented on my behalf and did mention that their policy offered 5k for medical bills. I called Morgan and Morgan to see if they could help in the situation knowing that this attorney was probably a sub-contractor and they said the customer complaint dept. would call but no instead the next morning the same attorney called and said he was dismissing my complaint. I have had to have surgery to my eye and getting injections in my back and thank God my insurance has been good to me bc my bills have been about 40,000 and I was not even offered the 5k by the attorney.

I called regarding my legal rights as a disabled employee. I have a feeling mycompany might try to shaft me. Morgan and Morgan switched me from personn to person saying not my job ma'am. They just called me again and did rhe same thing. I blocked their number. I don't like bei g treated like cattle. A lawyer using a call center is very unprofessional
