They wouldn't help me 2 years ago when a surgeon goofed and put me in a wheelchair telling me I didn't lose it or die... So my daughter, 30, called them for help with disability and she has RP, blind in one eye and nearly in the other, MTHFR and throws clots from sitting, endometriosis with continued problems even after hysterectomy at age 15, hydradenitis with open sores, gluten allergy, IBS, migraines, depression, loctose intolerant and now bones are breaking spontaneously and do you know they told her to get a light duty secretarial job, that she was too young? So a light duty job sitting on the toilet from IBS, somebody to read the screen for her... boy what a bunch UPDATE they wouldn't help me for malpractice but now posting for slip and falls injuries - ridiculous

Doesn't know how to answer the phone(case manager) you can't even speak to the lawyer. It took my case manager (Marlina Smith) 3 weeks to even put in for a request for the police report. The lawyer didn't know how to answer his phone, Marlina didn't know how to answer her phone. And when she did, she said she would have the information by the end of the week and give me a call and the call never happened. Very disappointed with this law firm and I will not be using them again.

Attacked by a dog. I was staying at my friend's house and he had to go to work, so I went out to go make food and noticed the dog had no food in his bowl and seemed hungry. I broke down a milk Bone and put it in his bowl. Then I had to walk past him because my room that I was staying in was in the back. Then I made the mistake of putting his head and he just attacked and was growling. I didn't know what to do because my hand was stuck so I pushed him away with my other hand where he grabbed my wrist.

I got a letter reference to a failed part in my knee replacement. They strung me a long asking different info. The always had to have immediately stop what ur doing & answer them. I contacted them as soon as I got the letter, after providing all the info. I got a call saying I don't fit their class action as the time frames are different in NY. How can they not want to fight a perfect fight, if His sent the letters out after the time frame that a perfect case. But Morgan is just too lazy to fight. If it fit in a class action suit well that's easy. $#*! the client. Dont hire these money hungry jerks
