I fail at mcdonald's just two days after starting my job. I fail in the freezer on ice that should not be there. I laid until I could get up no one came to my calls for help. I called mcdonald's35 times trying to get medical help. Then after patients first saw me referred me to the hospital immediately I was hurt too bad to be treated at their Clinic. I was then sent to the hospital Capital Regional on North Monroe who then referred me to Toc because I needed treatment. I have called McDonald's repeatedly corporate and locally with no one being willing to help me I had to ask and beg the manager of the pharmacy to give me my pain medicine of which he did and said that he would work with them later to get compensation for it. I mean extreme pain the patches are not working they're Lila came patches I can't take anything because I can't drive if I do no one has offered to take me or help me get transportation to where I need to go hospital or doctors or even to get my medication. I was injured at 11:00 in the morning and I did not receive my medication until Walgreens Pharmacy worked with me at 7:00 p.m. the medicine was $200 and I didn't have it so the man was kind enough to put in a code so that I could get it. After repeated phone calls of them denying the information to me denying to make the appointment and telling me that I was screaming at them when in fact I'm not even your representative said that I was not and I spoke to her in the same tone she could definitely hear me crying and being in pain because I am. It was only Morgan & Morgan's staff that treated me with respect and is offered to help me I've never filed workman's comp plan and I don't know how this works and nobody from McDonald's will be kind enough to even tell me to even call and see how I am. They called when they asked me if I was coming to work or not and I stated not until I saw a doctor and I knew I was okay because I'm still in extreme pain and I have not gotten anything for this pain I don't know why my right leg is not working properly I don't know if I have sciatic nerve damage or what that's the reason I need to see t o c. I'm just trying to make ends meet I don't have money so I'm Just a Nobody to them they don't care about my pain.

Called yesterday with medical malpractice. Spent 45 minutes with a non lawyer. At the end, she said they weren't interested. I guess if it's not a case that can garner millions for the firm, they are not interested. I have tons of documentation. They would not give me a reason. They are NOT for the people, only if they can win millions and millions. A radiologist misread the scans of the MRI and put incorrect assessment. Caused lots of pain and suffering.

In my opinion, Morgan and Morgan is "For the Money" not "For the People." I reached out to them TWO times concerning cases. They are GOOD with taking ALL of your PRIVATE information and having you sign documents, then after a few days or a week, tell you they can't do anything. I am convinced that unless you have a claim that will bring in a HUGE payout, then they aren't going to deal with you. I even think they should be investigated for taking so much private information, then telling you they can't help. I will NEVER contact them again or refer anyone to them. And also, in 2017, I signed forms for representation concerning the Equifax Data Breach Lawsuit, and guess what? FIVE years have passed and I never heard from them again. When I called today, one representative said it was nothing they could do, but I then received an email saying the case is still pending, lol. Morgan and Morgan is a HOT MESS, unprofessional, and deplorable in my opinion. This is from my OWN personal experience. And after reading the reviews, I'm not alone. So those COMMERCIALS they keep paying MILLIONS for to advertise on television, are worthless!

The initial contact was daunting. Until I was assigned a case manager and attorney. I was working with Monika Kroll. On June 28,2022, Monika emailed to tell me that she was working on the demand letter and would be sending it to the attorney that is assigned to my case, Dustin Middleton. Then the demand letter would be forwarded for resolution. I did not know how long this process would take. After waiting for quite a while I reach out to Monika but never received a response back. I then tried calling several times. I could not reach Monika. I called and spoke to someone in customer service who stated that Marie McCarron is now the case manager. Since everything was received by Monika and the demand letter was being processed I thought that I would be able to get a solid update. Marie stated that she needed additional documents and medical bills. I explained everything to Marie and asked if she needed me to forward the emails that had the documents to her. She stated that they were all saved. I emailed to find out the status of my case on August 11. Marie emailed me back stating that the company policy was to provide an update every 30 days. I haven't received a true update since June 28. Today I called the office asking who is my case manager. I was told Monika Kroll that she is the only case manager assigned to my case. Monika had always been extremely helpful and kind. Monika assured me that everything is going well and the demand letter was the final step. Can someone please help? Are any other customers being treated this poorly after having a great case manager?

I called Morgan & Morgan and spent close to an hour with someone who had a hard time communicating with me due to her poor English... When I finished the initial intake she said it would take a week or two for lawyers to review and they would get back to me if they thought there was merits to take the case... I then got 9 separate phone calls over the next 4 days wanting to take the same intake over again not realizing I had already given the information to someone... On each following call they said they would put information into the computer so no one else would call me... Not what happened... So frustrating when you have issues.

I called a couple days ago and complained about harassment in my workplace I told you where I worked at which is ABM valet parking Morton plant hospital was told that it would be 2 weeks before I heard anything back I just got a text stating that you could not help me and then gave me some other places to go you know your commercials are a joke and so are you John Morgan what fraud do you present to people on the television with your commercials for the people my $#*!
