Morgan and Morgan put me down, and said I wouldn't win the case, and that I do not deserve a reward. I wasn't looking for a reward, I was looking for a professional counselor, to back me up, Attorney Patrick Tracy helped me in those hard times. I am pleased with sitejobbers, because Morgan and Morgan do not accept reviews under 5 stars.

Don't trust them they will talk you right out of a good case. There corporate toys don't for get. Be your own lawyer learn the law. There will never help you get a solid win.

Don't hire these people they have terrible terrible customer service and they are not professional. They will take your money and not give you any results. They are liars and I wouldn't trust him at all. Do not hire this company

Morgan and Marian will hear your case. Then partner with the the company you want to file a lawsuit with for greed. This will keep you from winning or put you in a loop to feel defeated. While going through my case something extremely bad happened to me. I did not tell anyone because I was still processing. I had a day of insomnia, and needed to think. 3 days later a Morgan and Morgan investigator called. It was the only time I got past customer service, and actually spoke to an investigator. I was happy. I believed they finally planned to help me.
The investigator asked me about exactly what happened to me a couple of days earlier. How did they know to call me when I had not talked about it, besides my prayers with God. She told me that what I told her would not help, it did not matter, and dismissed me. After hindsight of of the conversation I had with the detective kicked in, I emailed her that night. I said how dear you take such a traumatic situation and tell me it doesn't matter. On top of that I did not call Morgan and Morgan about this new detail, you called me!
Each time I emailed, called or ask Morgan and Morgan about the detective they ignored my questions. I provided them her email, phone number, and her voicemail massage that she left me on first contact. Please don't be confused my 4 star review as a fact that I am pleased with them. It is so that the public will read my review. A 1 star review would make me appear bitter. These are just facts that happened through out this case.
Morgan and Morgan tells you "you are in the right place". So, I called them because they are the one of the few lawyer office where you can get a person, and I know I have a case, when presented the right way. I noticed the more I spoke to them they started telling me details of my case, and filling in gaps I never told them.
My concern is I was talking to them. They knew I had a case. I believe Morgan and Morgan went to the company I had a legal claim with, and said we will help you, represent you, because you have the money we want, and she has a legal case against you.
I just want to say that Morgan and Morgan and they're paralegal team are they're amazing and I'm literally crying and a happy sense of the term right now happy tears coming down my face because it's now 3:45 in the morning and they actually answered the phone I just woke up my case is just now starting so I just want to say that they are there for you no matter what time of the day it is they answer you your call and they are there for you and I love them and I'm just very blessed that I actually was able to hire them as my attorney and if you don't have an attorney anybody out there you definitely need to hire Morgan and Morgan because they are all over the place they have ads everywhere and that just goes to show that they are the best God bless you everyone

Turned my case down because their algorithm showed that they would not make enough money off of me. They do not work for the little man. What a scam organization.

9 Month ago, I had a slip and fall at Sam's Club due to the negligence of Sam's Club. The same day as the accident I hired Morgan and Morgan to represent me. I have made the mistake of hiring this law firm. After 9 months of pain and popping in my hip I am no closer to finding out what is wrong with my hip or resolution on my case. I have spent the last 9 months chasing the case manager due to me having no idea who my attorney is as I have never spoken to him/her. I have asked the case manager to refer me to a medical group about a month ago and I am still waiting for this to happen. I will call her, and she more than likely will not answer and when she does, she informs me that she will speak to the lawyer and call be back the next day. The next day will come and go and I will not receive a call. This has been going on for 9 months.
This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience. I have reached out to another law firm, and I was told that Morgan and Morgan can put a lean on my judgement because of the work they have done which has been absolutely nothing. This makes me feel that this law firm chases the biggest settlement cases and does not care about the little people who are affected by big corporations. Being the largest law firm in the country definitely does not mean being the best and I would absolutely think twice about hiring Morgan and Morgan to represent you.
