After 2 separate attempts from someone trying to change my father's will to benefit themselves, that person managed to cancel the policy leaving me, my brother and sister with NOTHING after my father paid premiums for DECADES. This was a policy for 1 million dollars. They will fight big insurance companies if it is an open and shut case. If is a difficult case, don't bother with these guys. Not looking out for the little guy. $*******. 00! Seriously? The insurance company knew it was happening.

I want to talk by a pitbull. I contacted these people and asked them to pursue a case against the owner. They sent out supposedly three request for homeowners insurance and since they didn't get a response they were very lackadaisical on responding to my request to have a statement sent to my insurance company saying that they had dismissed my case. Because it took so long for them to say that they couldn't be bothered to pursue this case any further, it's screwed up all of my insurance because they said that I had a second insurance company which was Morgan and Morgan supposedly. So to this day I still have a problem trying to pay off from this attack. The attack was in March 2022, it is now October 2022 and the case is still not resolved through my insurance company because of the delay that they put on this. They refused to give me the corporate office number when I kept calling them. And the only reason that they did send out a letter to me it was that I called them maybe 10 times in one day. Very shady company.
This company is absolutely ridiculous. I had a customer service rep call me in regards to a possible consultation with an attorney and she asked me 5 questions (if i had kids and if i was married were 2 of them). She asked 3 questions about my case that i want to obtain an attorney for and she said she would submit it (without majority of the details). She then told me less than 30 seconds later an attorney reviewed it and we cannot take your case. I stated that is impossible that an attorney received my case within less than 30 seconds and minor details and declined it already. I asked her how that works due to other attorneys gathering alot more info and them taking up to 7-14 days to read through an entire case and decide whether they can or not. It just showed me the type of company i would never be comfortable representing me and my case in court if this is how bare minimum they work with just simply gathering information and how sloppy their customer service reps work and how they worked just in deciding if it will even get a consultation. Never spoke with an attorney only a customer service rep who barely knew what questions to ask and literally read off a script of what to say, while saying "oh im so sorry this happened to you" literally every time i answered her questions. Even the one about if i was married or if i had kids. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing that a big company like this runs this way. I cant imagine how many people they turned away that actually had a great case and needed the help. If i could've given them 0 stars i absolutely would have.
