Ordered a dress for daughters wedding but not what i expected in terms of fabric and fitting.
I emailed supplier and provided information for return and have not heard anything for months even though i have been sending a message each month since April. Am upset as I have this dress lying around, i don't want.
Bought my daughter's ball dress. Quite hesitant to buy online. The gown arrived today and it fits perfectly... This is my second purchase with Formaldressaustralia and I am 100% satisfied. The dress exceeded my expectations. The dress was delivered on time, quality was great, the color was perfect. I ordered a larger size and had the dress altered for my anniversary party. I will definitely order again from Formaldressaustralia.

I bought the dress for my daughters semi formal this year, and it was everything we expected! The dress took around 2-3 weeks to come in. We opened it up to find that the dress was 100% what it looked like on the website. The color was beautiful, and the quality of the dress itself was amazing. We ordered a size 8 for her, and were worried it would be a little big. I would suggest looking at the dimensions before you order it, if you don't order custom sizing. My daughter ordered the burgundy dress and absolutely loves it! This dress is well made and fits her perfectly. She is typically a size 4/5 and we decided to order a size 8. We also felt this dress is well worth the money compared to many other dresses she tried on at local stores for more money. Would recommend Formaldressaustralia to anyone!

The dress fits very well and is so well made. The top is modest. I loved that we could request a length and it was made for my daughter's measurements. It has built in bra cups which is great. The color is just as depicted on the screen.The dress arrived far before the estimated ship date. I would order from this company again.

This dress is absolutely beautiful! My daughter loves it. The quality and overall look of the dress is better than we ever expected! The fabric underskirt is so pretty and adds such a unique touch to the skirt. The beaded bodice is so elegant and just lovely. Shipping was very fast and it arrived well before the date we requested. The dress even with custom measurements, was shipped out within 20 days. I received it in the mail and it was absolutely beautiful. Overall I'm very satisfied with this order and would definitely purchase from Formaldressaustralia again in the future!
I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the dress that arrived. It was missing a large amount of heading from the armpit and another smaller section on the back. When this was pointed out to Formal Dress Australia they said that they inspect all dresses and sent through the photos of the dress which you can clearly see the beads are missing. They still will not give a full refund although the dress is useless. I have attached their response and the photos of the dress

Be very careful about ordering from here as the dress I received was not what I ordered and their response was they can do nothing. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and they completely deny any errors on their part.
