I wanted to visit my wife in person and surprise her with gifts but unfortunately, because of COVID everything turned upside down. However, I thought I could still surprise her by ordering a few treats from Floweraura. I order a couple of products and I was very particular about the delivery date to deliver exactly on the anniversary. Guess what they did, one product was delivered 5 days before the requested date. It's no longer a surprise now.
Still was hoping at least the flower will get delivered as expected but that's even worse; a delayed delivery. More than the messed up delivery, the quality of the product that pushed me to write this review. Take a look at the flower that got delivered, an utterly dried rose. Can't ask for anymore embarrassment.
One good thing is, this anniversary finally ended up as the most memorable day after all. Thanks to YOU floweraura.

I was looking to surprise my wife with a perfect present. Thanks to FlowerAura! I found a personalised table lamp at their app. My wife totally loved it. This is the worst service I have received so far. First I ordered a chocolate truffle cake and they sent whatever they wanted to send. Secondly, the delivery person just called and said that I am standing in sector 124, although it was not mentioned in the address given, and it will take 150 rs more to deliver to your address and we agreed to it as we didn't want to spoil our day and still the cake which was delivered to us was completely spoiled
The customer service was very responsive. I'd a problem with payment with overseas credit card. The online chat representative patently provided an alternative for me. Later, although they initially said they don't have the particular product I ordered in stock, they found the specific product and shipped it the same day.
I ordered flowers for my mother on mothers day. But they did not deliver it. I tried to call no one reply. Tried chat but customer care disconnect all the time. One guy reply you order will be delivered by today mean 9 pm in the evening. I don't know what is the meaning send flowers in the night. Only my mothet think, now my son remembring me when mother day is ovet
They have provide most damage cake to me...

Firstly, took my money for a midnight delivery and then not doing so. (Understandably with the COVID 19) but did they offer to refund the extra charge? NO! Then they get the date wrong despite me confirming the date.
The cake ordered was rancid and crumbly. The roses died anything 24 hours.
They offered to do nothing but give me back a lousy Rs 250. Atrocious customer service. Please save your money. Never order from floweraura.
The support people are unresponsive and very rude, they do not solve any issues and just divert the issue on the customers. Do not use their service, you will get a bad quality substandard product and will be cheated by them.

I would highly recommend this site for delivering stuff to your loved ones on their special occasions. Due to some emergency I needed them to pre pone the delivery and they readily agreed to deliver in next 3hrs.
Fresh flowers as shown in pic and chocs were delivered on time.
Would recommend to my friends and family.
